(Original) 2025/02/12/19:30頃に来店。 店内は全体としてお洒落な雰囲気で、落ち着いた色使いと暖かみのあるお店。 気さくで優しそうな店員さんにオススメを聞いた後やはりオーソドックスでその中でもボリュームのある「味噌漬け炙りチャーシュー麺」を注文することに。 本当は唐揚げも食べたかったけど、替え玉はなく大盛りか、特盛に出来るとのことだった。 流石のボリュームにひよってしまった僕は、特盛を選択し唐揚げを諦めた(´ω｀）ﾄﾎﾎ… ラーメンが運ばれて来て一番最初に目についたのは炙りチャーシューとフライドポテト！ 逸る気持ちを抑えつつ、まずはスープから。 飲むと表記にある「濃厚」のインパクトよりとても食べやすく、思っていたよりサラりとした印象✨もっとドロっとした物が来るかと想像していたので、ひよっていた僕としては安心＿(　_´ω`)_ﾌｩ この味なら女性も好きな人が多そうだ。 次に麺は中太ちぢれ麺で歯ごたえもそれなりにあり、ちぢれ麺に絡みつくスープとの相性は抜群！ 麺の味、スープの味双方がちゃんと感じられてGood👍 お次は一際目立っていた炙りチャーシュー。 とても肉厚でジューシー。 そして炭火で炙ったような香りが口の中に広がってとても美味しい(　ﾟдﾟ)ﾝﾏｯ! このチャーシューは是非食べてもらいたい！ そしてそして！なんと言っても異彩を放つトッピング「フライドポテト」さん！！ コイツがまた中々に良い！ 北海道味噌と名前にあるその「北海道感」がこの人で一気に爆上げw 味噌のスープとフライドポテトのコラボレーションが最高に美味い‼️ ｳﾏ━━━(*´ч ` *)━━━!!!! このトッピング考えた人天才か？って思っちゃったwwwww 食べ進めて行くと流石の特盛に味変をしたくなり、テーブルに備え付けの辛味噌を写真の量くらい入れ、それだけでは辛味がもう少し欲しかったので、七味で調整。 これがまた攻撃力がグッと増して、男心をガッシリと掴んでくれた(っ>ω･)つ)oﾟ)∵ 終盤は、流石にボリューム満点で少しペースダウンしてくるものの、ここで癒しの「モヤシ」🍀✨ 少しヘビーに感じてもこの子が口のなかを少しリセットしてくれる。 それがとても良く最後まで「美味い美味い」と箸を進めさせてくれる！ ･まとめ 味噌ラーメンでこんなにボリューム満点で最後まで食べやすくて「美味い！また来たい！！」と思えたのは初めてだった。 普段は豚骨一択だった僕に新たな選択肢を与えてくれた田所商店さんと店員さんに感謝┏○ﾍﾟｺ 大阪から来ていたので、次はいつ食べれるかわかりませんが寄れるなら必ず寄りたい！ そんなとっても心も身体も暖まるめちゃくちゃ美味しい味噌ラーメンでした🍜 ｺﾞﾁｿ━(ㅅ 'ч'｡)━ｻﾏﾃﾞｼﾀｯ！
