My girlfriend and I flew in from GA to hike the Rockies and then spend time in Vail and Aspen. The “manager” she was pretty rude about how she approached me at the drive through she said the pick up is only at the lobby I understood that but I had another question and she ignored me and closed the window. She kept looking at me like if we were done talking. I don’t know how someone like that can be manager at this facility. I won’t go here anymore unfortunately due to this issue. The food is good but the service is beyond poor. Someone should really show her how to properly speak to people if she is going to be manager. I had asked for a manager before I knew it was her and she said “I’m the manager so what now??” Making someone feel that way isn’t okay. For a paying customer that’s not fair either. Something needs to be resolved or I will continue to move forward with my complaint.
