The room is elegant with a high ceiling, open kitchen, long bar, and large bakery. The many windows offer a beautiful view of the Platte Valley and downtown Denver. I just can't get past the handicapped access disaster, though.

I love how airy and bright it is. Within the Union Station, it's got the historic downtown charm we love. Glad I used their waitlist to get in line well ahead of time so the wait wasn't long. The food, service, environment, and music were immaculate. Everyone on staff was great to interact with. Less than 10 minutes after my dad told our waiter and after an hour of ordering our food. At this time the other table that had order 30 minutes after us got their food as well. Food wasn’t even warm, burgers were extremely cold, patty melt was “drier than the Shara desert”, salmon had no flavor and was utterly disappointing, cheesecake was the worst I’ve ever had and the crust was so hard I almost broke my plate trying to take a piece with my spoon. In the end this was horrible place to eat, will never recommend it to anyone for the price of the food and the service. Do NOT eat here under ANY circumstances!!

I had came before with my uncle for lunch one day. If you are in the area it is a must try! Burger was outstanding and I love the mixer of the different fries. We had the best time celebrating a birthday at EDGE. Absolutely loved the fun appetizer creation which our server described as a chicken nugget with caviar on top. That is exactly what it was and it was so tasty! We ordered salmon and filet mignon which were also very good. They were able to cook the salmon well-done, even though it’s listed on their menu as pan-seared. I appreciated their willingness to make this accommodation for us. We ordered a side of the rosemary mashed potatoes and they were TO DIE FOR! The rosemary was so evident but not overwhelming at all! As a birthday treat, they also gave us the sticky toffee pudding which was very tasty. They also accommodated not wanting nuts on this, so they are really good with dietary restrictions/preferences! But to add insult to injury, when I ordered my corned beef and pastrami, the person that served me reached into the under counter refrigerator and pulled out a large bag of what looked like loose scraps and leftovers from the days pre-sliced meat orders and filled my order from the bag, instead of fresh sliced deli meat! If you look at the attached pictures you can see that everything is a mish-mash of random pieces that look as if Pharaoh had set all the pieces free! The corned beef was a Chicago Vienna beef product, and was good, I'm not sure what the pastrami was, but it was not peppery enough. I also ordered a couple bagels to go (which were also already put away) but they were pretty decent with a nice chew and flavor. I really wanted to like this place the people working seemed friendly and it certainly looks and feels like something that would fit in perfectly with something from my neighborhood back east.

Without showing specific seats, i ended up parallel with the stage. The seat furthest east is basically on the wall of the stage, and really shouldnt even be an option. Would not recommend seats 109 & 110 if you want a half decent view of the stage. During the opener they kept the lights on the upper level way too bright. In the middle of the set they randomly turned them UP! And then back down, but still overly bright for even a nice dinner setting. Really weird. Not to mention how terrible the audio quality was. Psymone Spine kicked ass but the audio did them no favors at all. And now, the fog machine. Turned it on and kept it on until the temperature changed, visibility was low, and then the fire alarm went off.. After about an hour of waiting between sets for the main show, they come out to tell us they have to cancel because of "power issues" - oof. Some nights aren't meant to be, and that's life. But with as many shows as I've been to, this whole experience was really off putting. Ive learned to try not to get caught up in little things at concerts with as many as I go to, but I can't hold my tongue here. It felt very amateur. Pixel Grip was the perfect show for this venue and it'll be a while before I get that excited for a show/venue combination. Looking forward to trying again, I suppose.

It is so good, that I can still taste it even now, many hours later, while writing this review. It is simply thee best burrito (even better than the chile verde burrito at Cielto Lindo in Los Angeles, CA). It is my new #1 burrito (putting Cielto Lindo in 2nd place). Also, the lady working the front counter/taking orders was absolutely magnificent. If you ever find yourself in Denver, visiting this place is an absolute MUST.

I have 2.5 oxtails on this plate and they’re not tender. I wouldn’t buy again. However, I’ve had their fried catfish in the past and when I say it’s good. It’s GOOD coming from a picky eater. THATS their specialty in my opinion. The sides are definitely decent for Denver and they’re a decent size, you’ll be full for sure. Cornbread is decent and they give a big cut. I will be coming back for sure just not for oxtails.

First off, the chicken was phenomenal — perfectly crispy and seasoned just right.
