My dad asked for extra tortillas with his meal and didn’t get them til way after he was done eating. My parents asked for coffee refills and she barely gave them a refill, the cups were half empty. She disappeared at the end of our meal and we spent forever trying to flag someone down to get the check for us because our waiter never showed back up. Maybe she wasn’t feeling well or was having a bad day but the service was really bad. Love the food though, it’s my favorite place in Aspen to eat for breakfast. I collect the menus from all MS restaurants we go to and frame them, and Bosq gave us one with our names on it + a handwritten letter & a beautiful candle from the owners. Wow! I also think the actual filet mignon is better than the bison filet. My family will be cancelling our membership. Went into the caribou club as an invited guest under my family’s account and the owner Billy was incredibly disrespectful and rude after not being able to find my name on the guest list. I called the owner of the account so we could try and fix it but Billy refused to assist us. Even before that his attitude was abhorrent. I’ve been in clubs all over the world Milan, capri, Miami, Vegas, Turks and Caicos, and many more. I have never experienced the level of disrespect I did here. The place also looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years.
