Had a new fridge motor, new dishwasher, new garbage disposal, new faucet, new washer, new HVAC unit put in all during that time. They never installed a filter for my new HVAC unit so we were breathing dirty air for almost 2 months. Was also waiting on the window vendor to "squeeze us in" because you can hear traffic from 10 miles away inside your unit. No one ever showed up. There are so many issues, they had to bring some of the MAA Mansion maintenance workers here to keep up with all the requests. Beyond that, the grounds are disgusting, the gates NEVER close despite whatever bs story they're telling you. They're also trying to charge me $1k to replace carpet that was perfectly fine when I moved out but now that I'm not in the state, they're trying to get me to pay for their upgrade out of my pocket. My neighbors that recently moved out all said they're trying to pull the same with them. There's dog poop everywhere and a gaggle of feral children that no one supervises. These kids are all in your way, antagonizing your pets while you're walking them and just causing chaos. Last straw was the lady they moved in downstairs that constantly tried to enter my unit or just stood in front of my door like something from a horror movie. Don't rent here. Go to Park Place, it's the same price and sooooo much nicer.

I grew up with a strict religious background and didn’t feel as though I got enough out of your typical Sunday sermon. As an adult, I’ve transitioned more toward come as you are and true to life today church services and I’m glad I took the plunge. I switched to Crossroads for the daily inspiration, the volunteer opportunities and the ability to heal yourself and help others in the world we live in today. The sermons are great and full of uncomfortable truth. They really make you reflect on yourself and what you put back into the world. I’m excited to start this new chapter and work to get more plugged into the church as it seems to have a smaller, close-knit and family environment than the mega-church counterparts in the area. They seem very accepting and everyone is invited to Sunday service. The diversity when looking around the room on Sunday gets a 10/10 from me!
