As a long established restaurant with years of experience I think they should already know by now that if your restaurant is full on weekends, HIRE MORE KITCHEN STAFF or EXPAND YOUR KITCHEN. Don't keep customers waiting for that long for their food. I see the lady at the cashier (whom I think is the owner/manager) is busy looking at her phone all night watching tiktoks. Love that they add the caramelised pineapple and the chilli on top of the sliced steak. We started off with their generous portion of the fresh Caesar salad to cover our fibre intake. Love that their dressing was well coated to each salad but not too overwhelmed with the sauces and their croutons and the half cut cherry tomatoes give a crunchy bites to the salad and they are also very generous with the cheese. On top of that their complimentary warm dinner roll with the butter and olive spread is never to be missed. The yuzu lemon drink was very refreshing too and after we settle the bill we were given chocolate. Highly recommended if you want to eat a good steak but with sophisticated dining experience!
