There was plenty of seating outside in the sun or shade and indoors at the bar or downstairs. We chose to sit downstairs to keep cool and loved all the "Shark Week" decorations. There was plenty of seating with high top tables or the bar area and there were table games available for everyone. One person was working the downstairs bar and she was very busy since it was extremely crowded on July 4th Weekend. The bartender was not friendly and was impatient but Great Lakes is to blame for being short staffed on a holiday weekend. Upstairs there were only two people working the bar and it was also very crowded. There was nobody waiting or busing tables in the basement, which was fine for us. Overall, Beers are always great and there's a souvenir shop on the main floor where you can buy beer and other items. Definitely recommend visiting Great Lakes Brewery.

We finally got our drinks, which I have really nothing bad to say about other than I can make better cocktails at home. As we were drinking them Michelle kept staring at us, whispering to the barback and pointing at us. I tried to brush it off but the level of disrespect was unreal. To top it off a group of men came in, 3 of them and got greeted with a very friendly Hello and they sat down at the bar next to us, they got immediate service, everyone was talking and friendly to them, the kind of service that should be given equally to anyone who comes in. We very quickly left after that. I absolutely will not be returning to this place and quite frankly if you want a place that is friendly and welcoming dont go here. I will always recommend someone to go to Cloak and Dagger which is only about 5 minutes away. That place has more charm then this place ever will, along with free shots as a welcome

The music that is played in this establishment is questionable at varies times and days and needs to be better; especially during "happy hour"... It's the same thread, the same 7 songs and videos. It's HAPPY HOUR, make it happy, play happier music, change the weekly specials; because, it is the same old same old. Now, let's talk about the Browns Backers games... Which used to be a packed blast and a lot of fun...Almost zero crowds any longer and the few that are coming are certainly not regulars. Now, there's a couple smoking cigars on the back patio during the games...Really???. What kind of bar have you turned into. That's where it's time for better managers. Who wants to sit out there, when it's smoky, cigar laden and stinky. cigarettes are bad enough, but most people can handle that. The food is inconsistent, and really expensive. It's time to be better owners and managers and listen to your reviews and be more involved in what's going on at the Twist; because; it appears others' are also seeing and feeling similarly and taking their business elsewhere.

We actually came for both, the A Christmas Story house and museum, and Rowley Inn. The food was Delicious and the beer selection was plentiful and great! The poutine with kielbasa was amazing with the peppered gravy! The kitchen turns out dishes at a good pace. You don’t want to be using a fork and knife or holding a sandwich while comedians are performing. You want to concentrate on the comedy. Finger food is best if you go that route. I recommend the bacon wrapped bbq shrimp, and chicken tenders with fries & honey mustard sauce. [The New Fashioned with bubbles falls flat for taste - there are plenty of other bourbon drinks you could order, like a Boulevardier, from their fine selection of bourbons.] Kyle Kinane is a must see and we need to show him Cleveland is more than wet Fresno! Buy your tickets & go! And anyway, Kyle’s funnier than Ionesco was. —— Especially if you sit in the front few rows for any Hilarities show, there’s a strobing effect right before the show begins. The Platform IPA’s, the Sours, the Porters are ALL amazing quality that brewery we had enjoyed. You can taste the Cleveland local brewing craft touch/love in these beers for sure! We walked into Platform For the first time and my GF and I immediately loved the place! Inside is beautiful and the bar is itself is gorgeous! It’s SPOTLESS clean inside! The crowd inside is really awesome and humble. This place has amazing atmosphere! You just feel at home. It’s very comfortable here. There’s so much eye candy around as far as the brewing tanks/fermentors being right behind the bar. The outdoor patio is gorgeous! The female blonde haired bar trend was super friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. We took a 4 pack home of Flipside Pineapple Cherry IPA home with us for later which was a very delicious beer! She did such a great job and I thought overall what a great local brewery! So lucky that you guys are local! I would highly recommend this place to friends or family or anyone for that matter. Platform Beer Company a must stop local craft brewery!

He saw us sitting there and just ignored us -there were only about 12 people in the place. A beautiful place with amazing food. If you are looking for a place for a date, this is it. First off, we arrived before opening time and people were already arriving. There is plenty of parking, but it filled up fast within a short time. Walking up the the building and in, the atmosphere and architecture is stunning and cozy. We asked about the building and the owner built it himself many years ago. The chairs are comfy, there is an outside patio with views of Lake Eerie. The food was exactly what you would hope for. From their boxty to their dessert, not a single dish was dissapointing. The corned beef rolls were crisp and delicious, and it had some of the best thousand island dressing ever. Their corned beef boxty was amazing, each bite was a cacophony of flavors. Their soup of the day was clam chowder, and it had whole clams, tasted fresh and was bursting with flavor. Paired with a turkey sandwich on rye, the bread was flavorful as well and the meat tender and juicy. Their Guinness ice cream is so delightful as well (although the brownie bites were rather plain). Overall, it was perfect comfort food that will keep you wanting to come back.

Although the service and atmosphere were fine, the food was underwhelming. I ordered the jerk chicken dip for an appetizer and the Gaucho burger for my entree. The burger gave was a bit sad and dry; I had to ask for “extra” sauce. The burger included sundried tomatoes which were decent but it wasn’t cut up so it was hard to eat in bites. The only redeeming thing was the french fries that I had on the side. I think it’s a great place for drinks though but I wouldn’t come back for the food.

I have been coming here since I was 21. Used to hit up the bar scene in my young 20’s and this was one of the “spots”. Now, I just turned 30, and this is still one of the “spots” lol. I really love the atmosphere, the outdoor patio and bar section, the food & drinks and the fact they are dog friendly inside and out! We started bringing our puppy when she was 3.5 months old and now she’s 6 months. She loves it and loves the attention she gets from all the other customers and workers.
