Includes lots of inclines for a good workout instead of just a straight, flat trail. Several bridges & a few tunnels too. Lots of beautiful views & different path options to change things up if you’re a frequent goer. I’ve seen lots of wildlife as well; so many bunnies! Restrooms & water fountains are available around the halfway mark which is always a plus. There is also a cafe at the entrance which serves smoothies, coffee & more; staff are very friendly. Benches are scattered throughout the entire trail if you need a break. Always nice to see my tax money being put into parks like this! I cannot wait for more expansions of this trail.

This park here in Medina, has hiking and walking paths with a dedicated mountain bike area. The paths are concrete. There are also a few calisthenic stations around the park . There are a lot of different path options to take. Along each path, there are plenty of benches and gazebos scattered along the entire trail. There are plenty of hills along the way to give you a great mid-ranged cardio workout. These benches are a welcome site for a quick break. Some of the hills however might not be suitable for the elderly. There are bridges along the way that are numbered. I do not know if I hit them all but I did hit number 12.
