The customer service here is phenomenal!Friendly, attentive, and really made the experience enjoyable. It was very busy when we arrived, so we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, but the food was well worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the portions were massive, definitely come hungry or be ready to take leftovers home. Prices are quite affordable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality. Parking is available around the area, but it can be tricky to find a spot, so give yourself some extra time. Overall, it’s a great place for a satisfying meal with excellent service, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re after generous servings and good value for money.

We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening.
We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more.
The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy.
Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency.
Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!

We had buffet lunch for 4 people with Masala Dosa for one.
Food Variety - Starter was fine. Main Course could have been better. Ice Cream machine was not working, though for Kid they provided separately when asked.
Price - For 21.50 , I can say it was on higher side. Also 10% service tax, which I think was unwarranted as for buffet, we only go & fetch the food. There are side by restaurants providing unlimited thalis for £12.95 or that range, though that is not a valid comparison.
Overall star should be 3.5, though there is no option to give that.

Visited last night as a group of 8 with half the party being Jain. Minakshi and Falguni were extremely accommodating in our requests. Exceptional service from the whole team and hats of to the wonderful chefs. The variety of food and the standard was outstanding. The Greek salad is my absolute favourite always. I had my 18 month old baby and requested for some milk heated in the bottle and without any hesitation this was honoured. Fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend Sakoni Ealing Road. Visited Sakonis on Ealing Road today at 5.30pm with the family of six after many years.
We were welcomed with a smile and escorted to our table. The food and variety was very good. Our request for items without onions and garlic, for one of our members, was welcomed and every effort was made to meet the requirement. The staff went the extra mile to especially prepare Masala Dosa, paneer and other dishes without onion and garlic for one member in our group. Excellent service. We were provided with everything we requested and the staff were kind enough to personally serve fresh hot bhajya, bhatura, puri, dosa and dahi vada and bhel to our table. This is going over and above on service when we were there for a buffet service. Dhruvi and Minaxi who looked after us from the start to finish deserve a 'shabash' , thank you and a gold star from all of us for an excellent service with a smile ......... and on top of that - delicious food at a reasonable price. Both were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend everyone to visit Sakonis at Ealing Road. We will definitely be going back for more.

Me and my brother arrived just after 9pm for the buffet today. We were both incredibly pleased with the service, efficiency and kindness shown by both FALGUNI and BRIJESH. They ensured our food was fresh and hot, straight from the kitchen where required. They were happy to cater to our table, my brother has special requirements and they took that into consideration. Vasanta Bhavan in Wembley is one of the best for South Indian cuisine lovers. From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of freshly prepared food sets the tone for a satisfying dining experience. I started my meal with idly, which was soft, fluffy, and clearly made fresh. What truly elevated the dish were the chutneys served alongside—coconut, tomato, and mint—all vibrant in flavor and clearly homemade. Each one brought out different notes in the idly, creating a perfect start to the meal.
Next came the dosa, which was crisp on the outside and perfectly complemented by the savory vegetable curry filling. The dosa itself was light and expertly cooked, while the vegetable mix inside was spiced just right—not too hot, but full of flavor. The sambar served alongside was rich and comforting, rounding out the dish beautifully.
To finish, I had a cup of filter coffee, which was nothing short of excellent. It was strong, smooth, and just sweet enough—a perfect end to the meal.
Overall, Vasanta Bhavan is an authentic South Indian with a few twists. Some very healthy options and all of it seemed very fresh.

I went out to explore Wembley today and found this restaurant on the way. I was too hungry and being a pure vegetarian Vasantha Bhavan was my top choice. I entered and ordered VB special biryani which was absolutely delicious. I initially was little worried about the quantity. But believe me, I got overfull just by that biryani. The waiters were friendly and also served me extra raita on asking. Followed with amazing experience with Biryani I went for Mango Lassi which was again thick and a good quantity which fulfilled my soul and was very much satisfied..
I ordered a paneer dosa as a take away for my dinner. To be honest it was also stunningly tastier than any Dosa I had ever. No cheating with paneer stuffing which I really appreciate. They put a good quantity of paneer and Dosa was really soft with good quality and quantity of sambar, tomato chutney and coconut chutney.
Overall an extraordinary experience with Vasantha Bhavan which I didn't expect in UK

It's a heaven on earth for gujus - thepla, dhokla, handvo, puran Puri, nastas.
Jalapeños cheese sandwich was a melt in the mouth. Ample filling, filling was adequate for every bite.

We’ve visited Rams Restaurant several times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, delicious, from starters to desserts, everything is well-prepared and full of flavours.

This unassuming gem offers a genuinely authentic Pakistani-Afghan dining experience, and I can confidently say it serves the best Kabuli Pulao I’ve ever tasted in London.
The rice itself was fragrant, each grain separate yet infused with rich spices and tender meat—just as it should be. The Chapli Kebab was equally excellent: crisp edges, juicy inside, and full of depth, with a balance of herbs and heat that felt both bold and carefully measured.
What impressed me most was how everything felt freshly prepared. There was none of the “reheated special” taste that plagues many so-called “ethnic” restaurants. Instead, every bite conveyed the care of home cooking. In a city awash with fusion and oversimplified “South Asian” menus, Taste of Peshawar stands out as a place that genuinely honours Pakistani and Afghani culinary traditions.
Service was warm and welcoming. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Portions were generous, and in terms of value it held up well.

Visited Taste of Peshawar recently and was quite underwhelmed. The ventilation is a serious issue within minutes, my clothes and hair were saturated with the smell of grilled meat, which lingered long after the meal.
Food-wise, the chicken curry was a highlight flavourful and well-cooked. However, the sauces lacked depth and tasted quite bland. The chapli kebab was unfortunately disappointing.
Customer service was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated, but overall the experience was average at best. There’s definite room for improvement, especially with ventilation and consistency in food quality.

We were gladly surprised when the staff cleaned our tables with a dry brush before cleaning it with liquid spray. Almost all the food places in this city clean dry and wet dirt on the tables together making more mess 😭
The teekha was very flavourful, the malai tikka was bland, and the momos were the best we’ve had at a desi place so far! very flavourful and spicy 😍
The mango kulfi felt like mango ice cream presented nicely 🥴 it would have been much better if instead of putting berries on it, you’d put actual mango pieces considering they’re in season at the moment.
Anyways, overall it was a good experience and most of the food was delicious 👍

I was so so disappointed with this place. After seeing Atul Kochcar on so many occasions on tv I was made up when visiting Wembley that one of his resturants was there.
We were greeted warmly by a member of staff, escorted to our table where we were met by our server.
We ordered what I would call simple, traditional Asian dishes, Bindi, dall and lamb chops and a starter that I forget the name of.
Well, the starter was to die for and ive added a picture of it and I'd definitely recommend it and the lamb chops for my wife were ok.
Mine however was a bit of a let down as it was by far too spicy ( and I can handle my chilli)... I ate it non the less till my mouth could take no more and I'd ran out of water .... the dall too arrived with 3 whole red chillies lying at the top of the dish which just signaled heat and after just two dips with my roti I was done. Sadly I was unable to taste the flavour of either dish.
After that we and left.
I think it would have been nice if we were asked just how hot we want our meal and not just assume we'd enjoy it because my pronunciation of the menu was spot on.
Definitely left light in the wallet for food I didn't enjoy.

A really exceptional curry. Not huge portions but I think we are used to being given too much at a curry house. All the flavours really stood out and it was an excellent meal. I think everything was made fresh that day including the poppadoms.
One flaw was that one of the samosas was ice cold in the middle but I think they had been prepared on site and frozen. Also when we had finished our meal the waiter ignored us, but the restaurant was really quiet so I can't blame him for going a bit slowly.

A bright, clean and cheerful restaurant. The manager was always on hand to offer good advice on the best food choice and combinations. Service was quick and attentive. There were a couple of large plasma televisions on the wall which came in useful to entertain restless young children. I am really impressed! Even though it is a restaurant that serves food inside, the prices are very similar to all the outside street food stalls in the area. Everything is very nicely presented and delicious! I am not a fan of Pav Bhaji, but here with the addition of Paneer it was simply delicious. I am shocked. Vada Pav is also one of the best I have eaten. Aloo Pakora was crispy, freshly fried. Punjabi Samosa very good. Ragda Pattice I tried for the first time but I am a fan of all chaats so I was sure I will like it. We also drank a large cup of Masala Chai. For all this we paid a little over £20! I’ve visited this place several times, and the chai and vada pav combo is my absolute favourite! I love that they serve it with a green chilli — a nice authentic touch. Though sometimes the chilli can be too spicy (a bit inconsistent), if they could improve on that, it would be perfect.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service
We had an unpleasant experience at Anmol Vadapav today. We had guests waiting at home and had ordered samosas, but the order was given incomplete — only half the portion was provided. Mistakes can happen, so we were understanding enough to drive back 40 minutes to collect the remaining items.
However, upon arriving, we were asked to wait again for the new samosas to be fried, while the ones we already had were cold. When we politely requested for those to be reheated, the girl at the till bluntly said she was “not allowed to ask in the kitchen.” This kind of attitude towards customers — especially when it was their own mistake — is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
We expected at least a basic sense of courtesy and responsibility, but the lack of it made the whole experience very unpleasant. This is not the level of service anyone would expect from a place representing authentic Indian street food.
Agreed if man can make mistake but after mistake they should intend to be genuinely good to customers .

Had a very bad experience at this place yesterday, never going or recommending any of my family or friends.
I ordered 1 Ros omelette (priced £4), 1 plate beef samosas (priced £4), 2 buns (priced £2), 1 masala Chai (price £2). All these prices were shown on thier food menu/ display board.
So when I asked to get the bill, the lady who served me said it is £14. I asked her after calculating the price, it should be £12. She was little confused and went inside. She came back and informed me that the extra £2 charged is for 1 bread given on Ross omelette £1 charged extra , 0.50p for preparing the food and 0.50p they charged for the masala chai as it is £2.50, not £2.
I have been to many Goan restaurants/cafe in UK and ordered Ross Omelette in the past and bread had always been part of the order, not charged extra. If there is a charge, it's always mentioned in the menu.
When I asked her why display board shows £2 for masala chai, she just answered me casually that the prices are not updated on the display board.
I was shocked to hear this, as there was no bill/receipt given to me either before the card payment was made or after the payment with all these extra charges.
I politely made the payment and walked away, but in my mind I was upset and thought I will never visit this place to eat food again.

Crispy Dosa has been one of our favourite spots for South Indian food. We regularly order the Mysore Masala Dosa, Manchurian Dosa, and Medu Vada, along with Rasam Rice, Bombay Thali, and Chole Bhature – all consistently good.
Their sambhar is a highlight – flavourful, served hot, and unlimited with dosas and vadas. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times.
However, on our last few visits, we noticed the Medu Vada isn’t as good as it used to be – it tastes less fresh and lacks the crispness we loved. I really hope they can bring back the original flavour and texture.
Still a great place overall, and worth visiting!

We ordered from the Harrow branch and it was a complete waste of money and effort.
Items ordered:
• 1 Paneer 65
• 1 Podi Dosa
• 1 Onion Rava Dosa

Not a single dosa was crispy – they were all soft and soggy by the time they arrived. The liquid curries (sambar and chutneys) were bland and lacked any flavour. Paneer 65 was average at best.
To make things worse, I tried calling their landline multiple times to ask what went wrong – it’s been busy for over 35 minutes. Either the phone is off the hook, or they’re deliberately avoiding calls. Very strange and unprofessional.
Stay away from this branch. Poor food quality, no customer support, and a total letdown. Won’t be ordering from here again

The food here exceeded our expectations. We had the pav bhaji masala dosa and it was better than any other dosa places we've tried in North London. The spiced tea was also very nice. It was freshly brewed, and the best part was that the sugar was served on the side and not added to the tea. I was confused my the sheer range of egg dishes available on the menu. We chose the egg patra with contained a thin omelette surrounded by a sea of masala scrambled egg curry. The curry was spicy and certainly packet a punch and we hastily scoffed it down with the bread rolls that came with the dish.

The worst service ever they told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes I said ok and after that I went to ask them . Still they told me to wait to 15/20 minutes I told them I already waited 20 minutes then I came to ask . At least tell us the truth . That they forgot our order. So disappointing.
But the food was nice . Just be careful with the service.
