This was a great spot for a romantic night away, and they were super helpful with pup accommodations. Room service was prompt and delish. However, for the price and the stars, I was disappointed by the front desk service upon checking in and out. Upon checking in I requested room service and was met with “you’ll have to order that over there”. No menu or help offered. There was no ask if I needed valet or anything else before exiting the lobby. The evening of our stay there was also some type of exclusive party /event that utilized the majority of the pool space, and I wasn’t comfortable trying to get into the pools with all the guests and kids. They also had arranged music and karaoke, but it want open to the public. I was surprised this wasn’t mentioned when we checked in, so that we could have planned our evening around the other event. Seeing everyone else’s glowing reviews, it just didn’t have the welcoming vibe I had hoped for, almost if one night wasn’t enough to get excellent service. I’d definitely recommend a different resort to friends, even though the views are fantastic.

The hotel is on a lovely stretch of beach but what made this 5 star was the hospitality staff. So when we needed a place to stay in September leading up to our closing, we chose to come back. Yasmin who works breakfast remember us and asked about the house, she also remembered the way I like my coffee. She is great. Igor is also great, he was a runner on a number of our orders. At the front desk, Timera went our of her way to get my husband a local newspaper and Darby was a pleasure as we worked through modifying the end of our stay to accommodate the closing. Quality of food is also good, we actually went back for lunch a few days after closing! I highly recommend this hotel in large part because of the staff.

I had a business trip to Naples less than a week after getting married, so we decided to honeymoon in Naples and celebrate my husband’s birthday! What a wonderful treat, and it made for such a special beginning to our weekend! The staff was wonderful and the hotel restaurant was wonderful too! We had great weather for the pool and beach everyday. Had to dodge a couple thunderstorms but that’s normal. Pool: pool was a nice layout for families. They have a good slide (can be fast for little toddlers) and lots of chairs around. Couple different ends of the pool to choose from which my kids liked. The zero entry is always great. The food and drinks were solid. Can’t complain about either. Service was also very good. Beach: great golf cart service to and from the beach. Nice drivers. Really nice beach and water. Really nice umbrella and chair service. Not bad pricing if you wanted a little cabana type set up. Food and service is excellent at Rhodes end. Rooms: we stayed at the villas across the entrance. They were spacious and a nice layout for just a one bedroom, but they’re in need of updating. From the old rug which should be changed out to vinyl flooring to the shower head from 1970. (Can’t believe it’s still working) The cabinet under the tv also needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart pretty bad. One unit looked like it was being gutted and remodeled, so hopefully they plan on doing all of them over. They’re a great location though. There’s a quiet lap pool right there the kids liked which broke up the day. We had the pool basically to ourselves. Overall it was a nice stay. Once they update the villas there will be no complaints from me.

When we checked in, we were told there “might be some noise” due to balcony door replacements. What we actually experienced was constant drilling, heavy machinery, and scaffolding right outside the building from 8am to 5pm every day. None of this was disclosed prior to booking. When we asked to leave early because the noise was unbearable, we were told to contact Expedia (our booking platform). Expedia initially agreed to reimburse us and move us to another resort—until Naples Grande denied that any construction was happening. Even after showing the on-site managers the noise, workers, and scaffolding, they refused to call it “construction” so they could avoid responsibility. The hotel is beautiful but the service was the star of the show. Everywone was phenomenally hospitable. The Receptionist, Emily was extremely kind and helpful. She took her time to give us all the recommendations and we were able to make so much more of our trip. Mariano, at the pool bar was so friendly and attentive, feels like we made a quick friend! The beach is beautiful and the water is so refreshing. However, the distance from the resort to the beach is a bit far to walk and the shuttles are just not enough to move the volume of people necessary to avoid long waits at either end. The room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfy with a great view. We also rented one of the adult pool cabanas and the space was perfect and comfortable. The pool attendant was very attentive and accommodating. The water slide was a highlight and much faster than it looks! Overall a great experience and we will return!

I attended a FCA conference at this hotel and I have to rate it as one of the absolute worst hotel locations. I arrived on a Thursday night at 9 pm after 12 hours of traveling. The restaurant that was suppose to be open till 11 pm was not open or the service had gone for the evening, I next tried to find my hotel room which was in a cabana. Lighting was so poor that after 15 minutes of walking around outside in the bark I gave up and went back into the hotel to get assistance to my room. On Friday night, I went to eat at a restaurant and parked near my room. When I left to lunch I had a large green sticker glued onto my window saying I pad parked in a handicap spot. Well, lighting was too poor to see it at night. I spent a hour removing the sticker and reparked my car missing my time for lunch. This hotel has absolutely inadequate parking, poor exterior lighting and facilities for having any large conference. I want be attending any future ones if they are in this hotel.

Location is incredible with walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We spent most of our afternoons relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the pool drink/food service. Food and drinks were very good. The hotel spa- We booked a couples massage treatment at the hotels spa, however, it was not very good. My husband and I both had very similar massages and they were not very good. Both individuals massaging us were bending our knees in an uncomfortable manner, massaging our faces/cheeks with oil without asking to do so. Squeezing and massaging our ears and ear lobes. They spent very little time massaging our neck or back despite asking them too. It was a very strange experience. What was worse was that an automatic 22% gratuity was added. There was a lil noise due to some remodeling at the time we stayed but that's not normal. There was a concierge assigned to our floor who assisted with anything we wanted. They serve breakfast, appetizers, and evening snacks with a full bar at all times. Absolutely lovely, steps away from the pool which helped with my 4 year old niece. It looks like each cottage has a separate owner, which I’m assuming is why decor varies. Other reviews says their cottage was dated, but mine was modern, lovely, up to date. We stayed at unit d203. The club, which houses the pools and bar, is right by the cottages. This is a 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive from the hotel portion on the marina, fyi for those looking to book the hotel. We walked each morning to the hotel side, as they have a lovely coffee shop there. Made for a great morning stroll . Fifth Ave is 5 minutes away. Naples beach is about 7 minutes, clam pass beach about 10-15. We visited Marco island as well which is about a 30 min commute. Customer service and staff were wonderful . Can’t wait to return next year.

At the Club you can hear the traffic and constant loud construction noise, even for the music. The room was nice to look at however the room I stayed in was above Blackbird Restaurant and I could hear loud banging all evening and then the traffic was very loud. The property is lovely the Club is walkable and there's a shuttle service but you have to wait around for it. The shuttle goes to the beach but drops offs a block away, so your dragging chairs, umbrella and towels down the street. I wouldn't stay there again for the above reasons and because the front desk staff is unprofessional and uninformed about anything and everything.

But there's truly nothing that compares to waking up on the bay, overlooking the marina and the city dock. We absolutely loved it! First, the staff are fantastic, especially Lulu at the front desk. Talk to her and you can’t help but smile! The rooms are very nice. I drove almost 5 hours to this place and once I got here it was breathtaking! The staff was the BEST! I absolutely loved the orchids they had all over the lobby area. Me and my husband took a moment to walk around and look and touch them! The gift shop was nice and I loved the selection. I ended up buying a few gifts for family. And of course the access to the beach for so beautiful and super easy access. Being able to watch the sunset made my night. I will hopefully get a chance to come back here in the future. We canceled the last night and came here and they were so accommodating. The pool on Labor Day weekend was empty few people sitting around no one in it and cabanas are First come first serve. The property is meticulously maintained and the old world classy feel makes it seem like a home not a hotel. Florida resident rates are great and they have a free shuttle for 3 mile radius which takes you to all the bars and shops. Worth every penny. Property is going through a large refurb (THANKFULLY!), but we were still able to use the pool/hot tub and stay without interruption. Breakfast was great! Housekeeping is every other day which isn't ideal...alot of back and fourth for towels and pillows etc. We stayed in room 138 which had a bad odor to it. We had housekeeping come in as soon as we checked in which helped but it returned later that night. Windows wouldn't open (even on 1st floor) so trying to air out the room wasn't an option. We ended up buying air freshener which made it livable for the 3 nights 4 days. I was a 3 star stay with great amenities. Just wait until the refurb is done then it will be fantastic I'm sure!
