There were little tweaks that could have made this place a lot better. First off the ambiance was very nice and it smelled great from incense. There were little sitting rooms all with like three nuts in snack dishes which made me question if the stuff gets refilled or is fresh since I got there at 9am. There was a lot of whispering at the front desk with staff which I found slightly unprofessional. I got into my room for my massage and Lana was lovely, I asked her to turn the music down as it was jarringly loud. Fifteen minutes into the massage I realized I was freezing and asked Lana if the table heat was on she apologized and turned it on. I always feel like when you have to ask for things before they are offered during spa services it takes away some of the relaxation. The massage was a 10 for sure. Then I had a body scrub that was ok. I asked for the Indian Head massage and it was like someone was rubbing my head with a feather, almost non existent and didn’t do much. I can’t pronounce that practitioners name but she was extremely personable and sweet. Here’s the biggest issue, I’m trying to pay and there is an employee speaking in another language to the receptionist at the front desk and it seemed like she was frustrated about something but I’m not sure. She couldn’t have told her to hold on?just not a five star professional environment to me :/ I paid the 600 dollars and then get out to my car and my partner asked how my birthday present was…apparently he called yesterday and gave his credit card. The front desk didn’t know that today and rang mine in. We are checking now to make sure we weren’t charged twice. Definitely not a relaxing experience over all. I can see that if you didn’t have these specific issues it could be a great place but I’m not sure I will return.

I booked three appointments from 12-2 and after arriving at 11:50am, being asked to complete forms, having to enter a shared locker room with an entryway that had a wastebasket filled with dirty napkins to change and put on the itchiest robe I’ve ever encountered my family is met by the front desk who informs me that one of the therapists had an emergency and one member of my party would not be able to start their services until 1:30pm. If your facility was top notch, didn’t have a bathroom next to the sauna, had better amenities, I may have entertained the thought of a member of my party sitting down for 1.5 hours while waiting. I am sure you didn’t find out the therapist wasn’t coming after I arrived. I would hope that someone servicing a 12pm appointment would arrive beforehand to ensure everything is in place for the appointment. So to alert me after the fact is unprofessional. I spent the last 2.5 hours finding something else to do today. I would not recommend. I do not k ow how the services would have been but the unprofessional nature of not notifying me ahead of time sealed the deal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

(Can’t believe it’s still working) The cabinet under the tv also needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart pretty bad. One unit looked like it was being gutted and remodeled, so hopefully they plan on doing all of them over. They’re a great location though. There’s a quiet lap pool right there the kids liked which broke up the day. We had the pool basically to ourselves. Overall it was a nice stay. Once they update the villas there will be no complaints from me.

When we checked in, we were told there “might be some noise” due to balcony door replacements. When we asked to leave early because the noise was unbearable, we were told to contact Expedia (our booking platform). The beach is beautiful and the water is so refreshing. However, the distance from the resort to the beach is a bit far to walk and the shuttles are just not enough to move the volume of people necessary to avoid long waits at either end. The room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfy with a great view. We also rented one of the adult pool cabanas and the space was perfect and comfortable. The pool attendant was very attentive and accommodating. The water slide was a highlight and much faster than it looks! Overall a great experience and we will return!

Well, lighting was too poor to see it at night. I spent a hour removing the sticker and reparked my car missing my time for lunch. This hotel has absolutely inadequate parking, poor exterior lighting and facilities for having any large conference. I want be attending any future ones if they are in this hotel.

This is a 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive from the hotel portion on the marina, fyi for those looking to book the hotel. We walked each morning to the hotel side, as they have a lovely coffee shop there. Made for a great morning stroll . Fifth Ave is 5 minutes away. Naples beach is about 7 minutes, clam pass beach about 10-15. We visited Marco island as well which is about a 30 min commute. Customer service and staff were wonderful . Can’t wait to return next year.

At the Club you can hear the traffic and constant loud construction noise, even for the music. The room was nice to look at however the room I stayed in was above Blackbird Restaurant and I could hear loud banging all evening and then the traffic was very loud. The property is lovely the Club is walkable and there's a shuttle service but you have to wait around for it. The shuttle goes to the beach but drops offs a block away, so your dragging chairs, umbrella and towels down the street. I wouldn't stay there again for the above reasons and because the front desk staff is unprofessional and uninformed about anything and everything.

Location is incredible with walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We spent most of our afternoons relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the pool drink/food service. My husband and I both had very similar massages and they were not very good. There was a concierge assigned to our floor who assisted with anything we wanted. They serve breakfast, appetizers, and evening snacks with a full bar at all times. She usually goes to another excellent med spa in Naples but they did not have availability so we tried Eden. It was not a good experience. The technician was unprofessional and poorly trained. It was supposed to be a hydra facial (which is more expensive) but it was definitely not(she is familiar with hydra facials). She was also badly bruised in her chest area from the unusually rough treatment. She went to the doctor and he confirmed it was muscular damage from the rough massage. Frankly it was more of a massage and not even much of a facial. More disturbing was the attitude when we contacted the spa. All they were concerned with was defending the employee as “one of their best”. No concern or sensitivity to our concerns and the substandard service. They may usually have good results with this particular technician but clearly this experience was not good and some care and concern would have gone a long way. I also feel she should have received a refund or at least a discount. By the way the doctor report was shared with them. Clearly they do not care because they have many good reviews also but I still think they should have been more considerate about the matter. So be cautious about this spa…there are so many in Naples that are nicer, more upscale and more professional.
