I wanted a decaf coffee but the employee told me they'd have to make some more so I assumed that'd take too long and didn't bother with a drink :-( Probably won't be going back to this location, though most Dunkin's haven't been worth the bother for years, unfortunately, especially with all the mom & pops doughnut shops around town.

So finally after 30 mins and about 40 cars through the drive thru I finally get all my food only to be cold most likely because the fries and food were the same going back and forth. I just decided to cut my losses and said I'll never be back here again.

The service people were so nice and helpful as I purposely stumbled with my order. The counter was dirty. I had to ask for my drink cup. Then i get on the phone with this kind man who helps me get everything right and he proceeds to tell me that my order was placed an hour ago and the driver was on the way. It's only happened once before in 15 years but today (1-Mar-25) when the pizza was wrong, they fixed it. The other time was close enough so I didn't bother them about it-- it just had a thin crust (which is good too) instead of a regular crust. I've never ordered anything like it before but a crewwoman gave me a cinnamon desert type thing after the fix so I'm actually happy to try it. I don't regularly get takeout/delivery (maybe once a month) but when I do it's usually there sans other people or myself wanting something else.
