We had never been to this location before. I will say I have never seen a chick fil a with fewer customers than that. Maybe that was our sign. I ordered a Cobb salad that was made incorrectly once, I went back in and they made the correction, (I would like to note the young man at the register was very kind and helpful and working hard the whole time) then the order came out AGAIN incorrectly. After quite a bit of wait, again there were not very many cars in the drive thru and no one was at the counter ordering, I was given the salad again, I had paid for extra nuggets and there was only one serving but at this point I was over it so I went back out to my car. When I went to finally assemble my salad, I realized I was missing the crunchy red peppers which are my favorite part of the salad, not the biggest deal but something to note. The worst part of the trip was when I went to eat the salad. The lettuce was so soggy and so warm. I believe when they made it incorrectly the second time, they took the toppings off and rinsed the lettuce and plopped it back in to the container. There were pools of water in the salad container. The salad was so soggy and warm I couldn't even eat it. Extra training certainly needs to take place here if the staff is making this many mistakes when there isn't even a rush.

I ordered the new pumpkin donut holes (which came with caramel and icing dipping sauces). Those were very good! I paired them with a side of bacon, which made a great salty/sweet combo. My bacon was cooked perfectly. To drink, we got two hot chocolates (honestly tasted just like SwissMiss with whipped cream and chocolate chips.) The coffee selection was not great. I like a good mocha or flavored coffee with my breakfast, and there weren't any options like that. Not a lot of drink options in general compared to other places serving the same types of food. My friend ordered the French toast breakfast with bacon. He got the bacon (way overcooked, so didn't eat those) and a side of toast. Not French toast. So after telling our very handsome server, he apologized and put the correct order in. However, I was already done with my food by that point, and had to sit there for another 30 minutes waiting for my friend to get his food and eat. That sucks. When we got the check, we were charged for an apple juice we never ordered. Mistakes happen, so I docked a star for them based off of this experience. 4 out of 5.
