Not a ton of really hard runs but it was perfect for me. I loved the glade runs off of the green runs. Plenty of snow here and groomers were really nice in the early morning. RFID gates work well with a pass in your left glove or sleeve. Everyone working here was pleasant to deal with and pricing was fairly reasonable compared to some of the other mega resorts nearby. I looked at VRBO for rooms and they were really reasonable. Parking is well lit and there is plenty of it. There are a bunch of ski in ski out condos/houses. Love that they are on Indy Pass! I didn't stay in any of the rooms but can't imagine there are anything less than five stars. I really like the bathroom sink handle....you get to choose the temperature of the water and turn it on and off when you want to.

An easy drive up from Denver. The kids absolutely loved the ski school and the instructors. I hate writing this review because then more people will find out about our hidden gem! We do truly love it. The entire staff is so nice and the mountain is so family friendly! Having fewer people than the big mountains makes it easier to ski with littles without as many worries. To top things off, the valley is absolutely gorgeous and you have killer views from either chair and coming down most of the mountain as well. I wish there was a hotel at the bottom of the mountain, but love that you can park close to the base and not worry about shuttles or anything like that. This is not an expert terrain mountain by any means, but perfect for families!

Country-club level service on a public course, and probably the most bang for my buck that I’ve had golfing. We were greeted immediately pulling into the parking lot by a couple caddies that delivered our carts, loaded our clubs for us, and packed a cooler with water. Right on Main Street (Hwy 40) in Grandby, CO. Great variety of beer despite the size, from Rye Ale to Oatmeal Stout with Helles lager, wit bier, IPA and Scottish Ale. Another dry train museum where I have to watch my kids closely to make sure they don't touch/climb where they aren't supposed to." I WAS SO WRONG! The rooms with the model trains are so fun! They have a scavenger hunt that had us circling one of the the rooms over and over, looking for things and finding new things we hadn't previously seen. They have buttons that everyone can push to make things turn on in the model. I think I could spend a week in there and still find new things! ALL of the employees there are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! They told us about the fun things coming up for Halloween and Christmas. Even though it would be quite a drive, I'm tempted to come up! While really young kids could probably be entertained, I think elementary-age kids and older would enjoy it most, as would any adult even remotely interested in trains (or history, or "find the..." puzzles). I could tell that the museum employees are passionate about what they are doing here. They are constantly hard at work creating models, renovating train cars, and improving this museum--they currently are waiting for an actual vintage train depot to arrive and are building a children's train.
