I have had very very few instances of burnt or bad tasting coffee in all the times I've been here over the years, and the issues have been corrected immediately any time that I've mentioned it. Additionally, it's worth noting that most coffee shops develop a stale coffee taste over time due to subpar cleanliness and equipment maintenance and White Pine Market does NOT have any issues what-so-ever with this. All of the employees are quite nice, and never make me feel unwelcome - even when they are extremely busy. Overall, no complaints at all. As a long-time customer, I would give White Pine Market 10/10 and would recommend to everyone. Oh, check out the shop inside! I'm not big of shopping, but they have a lot of cool things in there and it's a good way to pass the time while they make the drinks! The atmosphere is quite nice as well.

We went twice and my husband regrettably passed up a painting of the Aerial Lift Bridge in Duluth. When I called a couple weeks later to see if they still had it, Mabel took such great care of me! She texted a picture of the painting to make sure it was the right one, told me about the history of the husband and wife that painted it, and took it home to personally wrap it so it wouldn't bend during transit since it was going to be shipped.
