The stress of retail is bad enough without the constant fear of not hitting some ridiculous quota. I never leave reviews, but this needed to be said. Michaels, do better. Stop using your employees to scam your own customers, and stop punishing them for not participating in this shady, unethical practice. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
