The staff there were kind and punctual, the order being ready to pickup right on time. I don’t normally give reviews but I’ve only ever been to tropical smoothies twice with both times being at the same location and had a poor experience both times. The staff acts as though they don’t want to be there and talk to people as if they’re being bothered to do their job. They actively turned people away as they came in stating that they were too busy yet there were only 5 people in the building waiting for their orders. When asking for two extra portions of a particular add-in and clarifying that I wanted two extra scoops, the guy just ignored me. When I asked again, they back handedly responded with “I put extra already”. I tried to specify with him that I wanted two scoops since my order doesn’t come with any at all, and he just responded with “that’s what ‘extra’ means”. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any given establishment. Out of the three people I’ve interacted with here, only one has been friendly and actually apologized on behalf of his coworker. There’s a slim girl and a slim short guy here that have poor customer service. Only go if you absolutely must

I ordered a bunch of items and asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. They brought 2 packets of ketchup to the table and did not bring the swr n sour sauce. When I went up to the counter to ask for sauce, the cashier said he had to charge me.
