I didn’t need to direct these clever people because their creative minds in this area are impeccable. With an entrance wall and a staircase as the destination of the 5 paintings, they turned something that I thought was going to be quite tricky into sweet simplicity. I eventually decided to phone up in March to check on progress and was told that it hadn’t been started yet but would be completed in a week. I called a second time just over a week later and it still hadn’t been started. When it was finally completed and delivered I immediately noticed that the drawing had not been adequately adhered to the core stock along two of the edges and the border bowed in these areas noticeably. The paper also does not sit flat on the core stock. Overall I haven’t been impressed with the service and don’t feel confident in using C&B again, especially after they never responded to us to resolve our complaint.
