He told us he was excited to be our son’s trainer for the day, but unfortunately, we had already been assigned to a different trainer. Our trainer, Diego Elizondo, appeared uninterested in our son’s performance and, at times, seemed bored. To our surprise, he even attempted to end the session after only 15 minutes—despite the confirmation email clearly stating it was a 30-minute session. As parents who had driven an hour to give our child this opportunity, this was both disappointing and uncomfortable. Thankfully, after I asked who I could speak to about the session being cut short, Diego agreed to extend it, but only after that conversation. All in all, TOCA has an impressive mission and cutting-edge equipment, but the quality of the staff will ultimately determine how often parents return as paying customers. Kevin Frantz is so knowledgable and passionate about what he does that it just makes the experience so much more interesting and fun. I don't get spooked very easily, but let me tell you, I was SPOOKED! I don't really like the fake stuff where things jump out at you to scare you with chainsaws and whatnot. I prefer the real stories of real people and events, and that's exactly what this tour was. At first, I didn't really know what to expect when I made the reservation, but I will recommend this tour and Kevin Frantz to everyone! He even stayed after the tour to answer my many questions. He has also written 2 books. After the tour I went on Amazon and purchased both of them. I am so excited to read his books!

I went on Friday to look at a puppy for my Wife and I to have grow up with our daughter. I talked with the staff and explained i have one cat and he has been around puppies and is okay with them, live in a pet friendly apartment complex with a big dog park as well as my parents having a puppy for her to play with. I met with their puppy Ricotta and fell in love with her as she reminded me of my first ever dog when i was a kid. So on Sunday i called just to see if they got to it on Saturday, they answered took my information and said they would call me right back, Never heard from them. fast forward to Monday, I called Multiple times as they were suppose to reach me Sunday and did not and My Wife and I went out and got all the necessities for the puppy and toys and puppy treats for training a nice dog bed the whole works. So nothing from them on Monday after multiple calls of just wondering when we could pick her up because we were just super excited to have our puppy home because we were under the impression she was going to be ours. So Tuesday comes I called no answer again and my wife decided to call and email just to make sure everything was okay because we have not heard anything for a few days. 6 hours later I finally get a call from Naperville, excited i picked up the phone so quick and asked how did the test go and when can we get her. I then get told she failed the test and we cant adopt her, 4 Days of thinking we are bringing this puppy into our lives and then get told you can not adopt her because this 4 month old puppy failed a test. My heart dropped and i asked well do you offer any training or anything I'm willing to do that for this puppy like my wife and I fell in love with her. She says no we don't offer that here and I said well can i bring her somewhere then she's a puppy she can learn she's young and my cat has been around a puppy. She says no we just do not feel comfortable letting you adopt her while you have a cat. I said is there anything I can do like we have everything for her, we have our heart set on her and i just get instantly turned down. I now have an extremely upset wife who fell in love with a puppy we were already told we could have the previous day. I would not have brought my wife and Daughter if i knew their was a possibility of not getting the puppy. I am heartbroken, my wife is heartbroken all because a puppy wants to play with a cat and they aren't comfortable with that.

I was not disappointed, the set up was nice and the facility was clean, i witnessed staff members coming out to the play area to clean up and reset the toys frequently and it was a nice sight. I did book for more children than necessary so i do wish there was a not so expensive way to pay per child instead and drinks other then then 1 pitcher of water that became room temp quickly for adults but otherwise we were able to take all our leftovers and the place was spacious. Would recommend to others! I wish i had pictures of the set up to share but we obviously were too busy enjoying everything!

First off, Larry was super nice and helped set us up. There are numerous courses to play, place was clean, simulator picked up 99.9% of the shots. Putting is challenging to get the hang of at first but once you get the hang of it you will be fine!
