一早07：00就可以到Auto Bon Pain吃著美味新鮮的早餐，但是因為生意很好，要有排隊半小時的心裡準備。接下來喜歡健身的可以到Boston Sports Club《BSC》健身，女生可以到Mandarin Oriental Spa按摩。再來可以去Aveda做頭髮保養。
10點所有的商店都開了，需要排隊數10分鐘才能進店採購的Canada Goose，是當地人的最愛，遇到零下低溫暴風雪時，就像穿制服般，幾乎人手一件。走兩步的Eataly，是大家喜歡採購的超市，門口有一家需要排隊的百年咖啡店，還有4家好吃餐廳。
以好吃的Cheesecake有名的The Cheesecake Factory，不只蛋糕好吃，牛排和Cocktail更是可以嚐嚐。雖然服務費是18%起跳，但是服務生服務好是值得的。

I just love this store. I always find something here and they are always nice and helpful. It’s also independent, women-owned. This is a great dress shop. You are sure to find something beautiful and unique i.e. insure someone else dosent have the same dress at wedding, dance, etc. The people that work here are super nice and helpful. They usually have some good sales going on which helps since some of their stuff is a little pricey. The only problem I have found is limited sizes. I have been disappointed a number of times finding the perfect dress not in my size. They do have their brookline location which helps but sad for sale items.

SoWa Open Market is an outdoor "farmers market" that has many different local vendors, with a wide variety of goods such as art prints, food, jewelry, and more.
The market is only open on Sundays for a few hours of the day, which means the places tend to get crowded. We went a little later in the day and it was still bustling with people, but not overly crowded.
We got a few items as well as food from Fuful Bakery and The Fat Cactus. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were good, with the price being a bit steep but overall worth the price. Great place to look for unique gifts or something for yourself. I took my two teen daughters here and they enjoy looking around. Believe it’s only open on Sunday, so check hours for heading over. Such a cool store! A giant emporium of funky fresh thrifts and costumes! Not the cheapest thrift I’ve been too, but definitely the coolest. They had everything separated really clearly by type of clothing, decade, size, type of graphic tee. So well organized! They really had a great selection of vintage clothes, from like 1930-today, with lots of high quality pieces! You could definitely spend a whole day here!! Staff was also so friendly! My buddy found a vintage leather jacket that fit her so perfectly!!

A very cool experience. Be prepared to dig around the pules of clothes in the ‘by the pound’ section. I didn’t spend much time in this area, but I found a shirt from a Target designer collab. Upstairs is a more traditional thrift/vintage store. I found a great blazer in the vintage section and passed on some very tempting t-shirts from the new section.

A fun store with so much to see and shop! The bottom floor has the By The Pound pile and costume supplies, while the upstairs is all secondhand clothing.
The second floor is very well organized into men’s/women’s and separates clothes into vintage and contemporary styles. It was all more expensive than I expected from a typical thrift store, but the vintage seemed reasonably priced. They have fitting rooms upstairs too so you can try anything on. With the way it’s organized, this would be a great place to find things when you come in with a specific idea of what you want.
The pay by the pound pile downstairs was fun to look through for a while and had a nice variety of clothes and jackets (mostly women’s). They have mirrors around the pile if you want to try things on. There is also a public bathroom by the registers if you want to wash your hands after going through the pile.

I've been to several very good lingerie stores for bra fittings over the years and Forty Winks is right up there with the best of them! Dani and Skye were incredibly helpful and I never felt rushed. Forty Winks, Becca specifically, made shopping painless, productive, and pleasant. I was dreading my appointment and was shocked by just how kind, patient, and, ahem, supportive Becca was. I generally hate clothes shopping and hate bras. But I knew I needed help. I am so grateful for Becca's patience and advice.
I'm very thrifty about clothes and have never spent more than $25 on a bra in my life. (And usually spend much less.) But I didn't hesitate to spend much more at Forty Winks. TOTALLY worth it. It also appears they do not mark up their garments. They charge just as much as elsewear for the bras I purchased. Totally worth it to have bras that fit properly.
Note also that they are very welcoming to people of all body types, as is evidenced by the range of models on their web site. So many undergarment shops target their wares and their attitudes to very thin individuals. Not the case here.

I love this place. I have been shopping here for over a decade. It has become my go to place to get gifts for all the women in my life. I struggle with finding gifts but not here. Firstly, the selection is pretty limited. They don’t have all sizes of the clothes you see on the racks(not even S,M and L). What you see on the racks, are the only ones available. Most of the clothes are smaller in size. The fitting in the bust area is very limited in almost all the clothes I tried on 😅
Secondly, if you buy something and change your mind, they don’t refund. They give you store credit instead(they only have this one shop in the country). This is very difficult if you’re traveling from another town :(

Me and my kids and their dad went to the museum of science. Afterwards we walked by a shop I just had to go in. They had a huge selection of gorgeous clothing, exquisite items and jewelry. Ma Maison is a true gem for anyone craving authentic French cuisine in Boston’s Beacon Hill Neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and thoroughly professional.
The meal began with a crisp endive salad, a French onion soup, and a seared fois gras paired with a rhubarb compote. The endive salad came with pears and Brie cheese, but was a bit bland. The French onion soup was very good but it could have been a bit richer in flavor and could have benefited from some brandy or sherry. The fois gras was absoutly lovely and the rhubarb compote added just the right touch of tartness.
For our mains, the coq au vin was rich and hearty, but the chicken was a bit dry, the carrots overcooked and we missed the glazed onions, carrots and mushrooms. The magret de canard with its cherry reduction struck a wonderful balance between savory and sweet and was a truly a memorable dish.
We finished with a non-classic tarte tatin and a vanilla soufflé. The tarte tatin was on puff pastry instead of the traditional pâte sucrée and the apples were not caramelized enough; this dish was a bit of a letdown. The soufflé, on the other hand, was light, airy, and subtly sweet and as close to a perfection as possible.
Ma Maison is an elegant reminder that timeless French cooking never goes out of style. Each dish we had showcased classic technique and balance, highlighting the kitchen’s respect for traditional flavors. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic French dining experience in Boston.

I am at a loss to describe how much I loved the food at this French bistro.
A small quaint bistro with less than maybe fifteen tables, the menu reflects a much grander experience than you might expect.
The foie gras as an appetizer was superb (might use that word a lot). The French onion soup was also excellent (and finally, a restaurant that doesn’t oversalt their soup).
As for the mains. The scallops were served with salsa were excellent. Also, fortunately, I read the menu the day before so I was able to give them a days notice for the Dover sole. Wow! I could order that every day.
Finally, I finished with the chocolate and the Grand Marnier soufflés. Both great - but the chocolate was better (put some Grand Marnier in the sauce).
Oh, and prices were more than reasonable.
The wine list was fairly extensive with some good second growths on the list.
Can’t wait to go back for the half a dozen other items on the menu that I crave.

I ordered a merica burger and a kebab salad, which totaled $27.50. However, when I went to the counter to pay, the cashier charged me $42.
As a tourist, I was unaware of the tax policies in the U.S. and Boston, and I was in a hurry to catch a train, so I didn't question it at the time.
After checking, I found that Boston's sales tax is 6.5%. Even with a 20% tip, the total should never have come to $42!
This greedy cashier deceived me into paying around a 40% tip, which is outrageous. This white female cashier managed to leave a terrible impression of Boston on me. I strongly warn other tourists to avoid this place!

It’s absolutely delicious and the proportions are quite big so you will definitely be full after like one burger. if you want it to be a nice quiet day then I recommend going on the weekdays because on the weekends, it becomes quite packed and crowded a little bit. I’ve been coming to The Shops at Chestnut Hill since my college days, and it’s still one of my go-to spots. I purposely waited a full year to write this review because I wanted to see how my new boots held up through an entire season and the follow-up adjustments that come with dialing them in. The verdict: absolutely awesome.
The team at the Ski Monster was fantastic to work with from the start; from the owner, George, down to everyone I interacted with during the process. He made sure I was in the right boot for my foot and skiing style, and he was patient and thorough every step of the way. I came back a couple of times for small tweaks, and each adjustment made the fit better and better until they felt perfect. You can tell they really care about getting it right.
That said, it wasn’t just George—the whole Ski Monster team was awesome. Every time I stopped in, whether it was for adjustments or just to pick something up, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. I had an amazing experience at my Ski Monster Appt. purchasing a full set of boots, bindings and skis. The staff (shoutout Sarah - she rocked) really took their time in understanding what I was looking for and matching the right boots to my comfort / skis to right ski level. The appointment only model is the perfect customer experience for this big of a purchase and making sure you have dedicated advice - I honestly learned a lot in the 1.5 hrs. I was there.
I live out of state, and they shipped me everything (at no cost) next day via UPS ground.

M. Flynn happened to be our first stop as we started shopping for rings, so we had no clue how anything worked when we showed up for our appointment. We eventually decided to design a custom ring, and M. Flynn CRUSHED IT. Sarah and Lyla quickly created a design for us to react to and then tweaked it based on our feedback. Another quick thing to mention is that despite designing the ring with my partner, I still wanted the proposal to be a surprise: M. Flynn helped me out here too! M. Flynn got us a truly stunning ring, well ahead of schedule, and made the whole process a joy. We will be coming back, and I’d recommend them to anyone shopping for an engagement ring!

1. When you walk in there is a lot of products to look at. It is easy to skim everything and miss everything all at the same time. I would recommend slowing down and really taking in the details of what is in the store. They have something for everyone, check out what I bought in the last photo.

Great little store. Not your average “General Store” in some small town. This is definitely the priciest one I’ve ever been to.
I would say though the quality of items is very high. Very selective products. Nothing inferior would even worth being put on the shelf if you think about it.
Their artisan chocolate bars are fun and with great flavor selections. Very high end like $12 for a full size chocolate bar and $7.50 for a small one. We got a nice wooden comb for $24.
They do have 3 things that are steal of a deal though….
1). Japanese socks are like $20 each.
2). Swedish hybrid mitten (half palm/fingers gloves) are around $30 a pair.
3). German hot water bottle that keeps you warm (made with high quality rubber and seal) are around $20 each. Even Amazon can’t beat that price.

Wine Club! I got a hot tip to try out the wine club because Bertil makes arrangements to get special and interesting bottles, and it's been great. We were in Boston for the weekend for a Red Sox game and we ventured to Tremont for a day. This neighborhood was so great, very good energy and things to do in the area along with some great food spots nearby. We were given some local spots around the area by the man running the store. My wife purchased me a shirt for my birthday. It did not fit. We brought the receipt to the store and were informed that they do not do refund. They only do store credit even if you have the receipt even if you bring it back the next day or within a 30-day window etc. This was not mentioned to my wife and they actually verbally encouraged her that she could return it if it did not fit or if I did not like it. The quality does not fit the price tag. I'll keep it to finish my experience with this store but will not be returning in the future.

This funky, upscale shop on Charles Street in Boston is decked out with every thing from clothes, jewelry to artsy home decor. (I happened to find a new line of Bakelite type jewelry I was enchanted with.)
It’s a chic, unique + friendly place full of treasures AND they’re online as well. (I just placed an order + it arrived just over 24 hours later packaged beautifully with a wee bag of jelly beans on top!)

A longtime admirer and online customer, I finally had a chance to visit the store on a weekend trip to Boston. It felt like home. The space is beautifully curated, full of avant-garde treasures made with intention and care. If you appreciate interesting silhouettes and bold textures, you’ll never want to leave.

I love this store. As far as I know it’s the only place in the Boston area where you can get amazing indie designer clothing that is really original, & hand made from all around the world. They cater to a darker aesthetic (lots of blacks!), but have a minimal enough style that almost anyone could shop there and find something. It’s been ages since my last visit to December Thieves. Amongst all the duck boots and puffer vest street styles, subculture fashion is a rarity, treasure and my personal preference.
Admittedly I was expecting to shop housewares (which has since shrunk in size) but was easily swayed into the garment collections DT had to offer.
Their team shared promotional events for certain garments but my purchase was ultimately a pair of black trousers with overlay panel resembling a skirt —reminiscent of McQueen and/or Yohji pieces. Androgynous vibes for sure.

I have been a loyal customer at Crush Boutique for many years now, often buying the Misa, Greylin and other local brands online then picking up in-store! The large earrings and purses are really great finds under $100. The owners will even respond free of charge for your major outfit selection questions on e-mail (it's a nice thank-you to support their shop and buy something nice afterwards since other style consultants will charge $150 for this 15-minute service). I actually think Crush is really well-priced and am confused about reviewers who say it is overpriced. The nice storefront, curation, owners and staff who love what they do and feel connected to the brands are all above and beyond!
