Would've given zero stars if the food hadn't been good....kudos to the folks making the food - the only reason I'd go back. Not sure if Grants Pass just has lower customer service expectations of their restaurants, but it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth, even with the food tasting so good.

The food was AMAZING. One thing that stood out was that the catering crew came and got us prior to any food being served. They held and served our plates, walked it to our tables and set it down. They pulled out my chair and then went to our bar area to get us drinks. It was a small gesture that went soo far. As a bride, it is easy to feel lost in the day. This meant the world to me. Many couples say they dont get the chance to eat but we sat down and ate a meal to ourselves. It was the highlight of my day in this small moment. We also ordered shredded beef enchiladas with rice and beans (beans tasted weird and rice was stale and crunchy). The shredded beef was dry and had slimy fat pieces in it. Would have had better/cheaper food in the freezer section at Walmart. We even tipped them $10. Workers seemed rushed and there was no other cars and only 1 couple eating inside. At this point I knew my food would be warm at best. 13 minutes later I got the sandwich and got a temp of 110. Now this is WELL below the "safe" zone for food.
