Tremendous food I had the special which I can't explain how good it was. My Dad had some combination of Carne asada, shrimp and 2 rancheros enchiladas which he devoured . If you like Mexican food I highly recommend plus the menu was very diverse compared to most Mexican places in Omaha (where I'm from) just be prepared to spend a little more than what I'm used to paying for Mexican but I would pay more than what their prices are for the food it was so good it's justified. This is not a review that talks about their food though. It’s a review that praises the people who own and work there. My girlfriend and I were on our way to Rapid City, SD from Indiana. We had been driving most of the morning and decided to stop somewhere to eat. We chose this place and really enjoyed their quesadillas and tortas. The service was great. They kept checking up on us and were really kind. When we were about to leave , we heard a loud popping sound coming from the engine. The car lost power and died rather quickly. We were stranded in a state that we did not know at all. I went inside and saw the staff were sitting down and eating lunch. I went up to them and asked if they had jumper cables. They quickly went outside and checked my car for me. They realized that I needed a new battery and offered to help me a few hours later. I really didn’t think it would happen. Sure enough, Don Alfredo and his son Alfredo Jr called and came like they said they would. They removed my battery and took us to the nearest autozone and back. They even replaced it for me. Whenever I tried to pay them for their help Don Alfredo looked at me and said “don’t worry about it, you use that money for your trip!” These people showed me that angels truly exist. They treated me with respect and made strangers like us feel like we had been friends for years. I have nothing but gratitude for them and if I ever go back to SD you best believe I will stop by.

I’ve eaten here several times with no complaints. Not good overall. Giving two stars because the water actually tastes like water. I see the owner seems to reply to comments, I do hope there’s a takeaway from my review for them.

We had to take our glasses to the bar for refills and even after that she never came by other than to drop off the check. You could have the best food around but if the service is terribly lacking than my review goes way down. I could even understand, a little, if it had been busy, but that wasn't the case here. We stopped in on a cross country trek from KY to CA pulling our camper. They had plenty of parking room. As soon as we walked in we knew this was a great location. The host/manager was very personable and seated us right away she introduced our server, who was training and did a great job taking our order and delivering our pizza, and serving the first slices, just like the best Pizza Huts in the old days. Friendly and efficient staff which is always a pleasure. However, after driving over 100 miles realized my mom had forgotten her purse in the bathroom. Called and luckily staff was able to find it still hanging on the door. Can't say how thankful we are that the staff took an extra step to help us retrieve and send the purse home to us.
