We had heard good things about Dukes and decided to visit on a Saturday afternoon. So tasty! Great options too for my burger, customised to my taste preferences. I did have one issue with the meal, there was a staple in the cake, I messaged them on Facebook messenger, they responded so quickly, especially considering I messaged them way past their closing hours. They were very apologetic and advised it happened due to them stapling the receipt to the bag, thanked me for giving them the details of what happened for future reference and they will have a think about ways to resolve this issue, but will still be using staples.
