After My visit today sunday thanksgiving weekend 2024, I Have lost all of my Respect and Appretiation for this business. So I did not Give them anything extra than there added amount(they missed out). Again you can see my review from 11 months ago and they have gone completely opposite direction than before. I questioned the price and she wasn't very helpful, I asked for a recipt and she tried to give me some chicken scratch on a piece of paper, I paid cash and felt like they stole my money. Im very dissapointed and so is the rest of my party. We have all been here before and we all will never return after this experience. Dont waste your time here. I’ve honestly never been much of an orange chicken fan until I tried the one here, it’s SO GOOD! I also enjoy that you can add a heat level. I find level 3 perfectly balances the dish. I’ve also tried the red curry with chicken, the green curry with chicken, and the yellow curry with beef. All of them are really delicious. In order, my favorites are green, red, and then yellow. For desert the mango sticky rice is definitely my favorite.

We also ordered the egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. We wouldn’t order the egg rolls again, they were okay, but we all LOVED the wontons. They’re great. Just kind of pricey for the order of 6. We ended up with 2 orders of them. The chicken pad Thai was phenomenal. I had a spice level of 2 and it was perfect. My daughter loved the chicken, my son thought it needed more of an orange sauce. I tried it and agree something was just a bit off with the sauce but it wasn’t bad. We were told it was a fresh batch. The steamed wontons were mushy. When researching about egg flower or egg drop soup it says that very orange egg flower soup indicates too much food coloring. We also found a tiny stone in our fried rice. Wonton chips were more like tortilla chips. The pros to this place is their hot tea and ice tea. If you’re looking for a good Chinese hot tea this is the place to come to. Otherwise find another place to eat. The chicken lo mein was okay. It appeared to be a popular spot for the locals but our experience was not good at all. We wanted to like this place but it was not a good experience.

There is a complete lack of communication amongst the employees. It was not busy at all when we went. They were almost out of every protein and gave us scraps of whatever they had left. Upon requesting for rice or a specific protein to be made, they had us waiting for nearly 10 mins until we finally said something. Just to find out that it was never being made in the first place. Everything tasted gross, flavor was super off. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it were a cheaper place but it costs my family and I about $50 to eat at Panda happily. Getting poor service just feels like getting robbed after paying that much. I hope the managers/supervisors here can take note of these poor reviews and hire more dedicated employees. The rangoons were under cook and still cold in the middle, Beijing beef was over sauced and saugy, seasome chicken was ok little to saucy, the new dish was horrible burnt beef sauce shrimp good spice but do not get it, the fried rice had no flavor and still had under cooked rice. The food quality and quantity has always been lacking. Portions always seem low and misproportioned. In my recent visit I got a medium al la carte eggplant tofu dish and the vast majority of the dish was eggplant with only 4 pieces of tofu. During this same visit I ordered a plate and both my protiens/entrees were inflated/misleading by having the chow mein side present at the bottom of the two entree spots which accounted for 1/3 of that entree spot. Lastly this locations takeout area/procedures have always been uninviting and cumbersome. The takeout experience is hindered by the interiors layout, to my assumption, but after being a patron here for more than a decade this is by far one of the worst dining experiences in Flagstaff and honestly goes the same for my own personal experiences. In some way it's my own fault for revisiting multiple times, caving to the convenience they offer vs local Chinese restaurants and hoping that my last visit was a fluke or that maybe it was because it was a busy time period. Despite all these factors, this Panda Location is still consistently disappointing and gives Panda Express a bad image and reputation.

Food was top notch - both meals prepared perfectly, fresh ingredients, served in a very well done setting. Restaurant itself is decorated with a classic Northern Arizona style. Dining area includes an outdoor patio. During both meals, dining area staff were clearing plates and tableware, making quite a racket. Before our dinner order was taken, we asked to be seated outside, which was a much better atmosphere because of my hearing aids amplifying loud noises. At breakfast, the majority of customers had left just before we arrived. After we started our breakfast, two staff members appeared and were in a significant hurry to clear tables and move dinnerware out. The resulting noise made for a very uncomfortable experience. The adjacent bar area is a very comfortable space with plenty of seating - at the bar, at high top tables, or individual seating at small tables. No noise issues during our time in the bar area. The ever-present TV screen is easily visible from most areas of the bar. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Good beer selection, as well. Unfortunate to have dining area staff detract from such a pleasant setting by carelessly bussing dishes and creating such a loud racket in such a nice setting.

In the months leading up to our rehearsal dinner, I worked with the food and beverage manager Sally to get our reservation and dining experience planned. Sally outlined all of the options they had in terms of menu and dining location and was extremely commutative and easy to work with. While we chose to eat in the main dining room and order off the normal menu, they have an option to rent out parts of the restaurant and have a set menu for those interested in a more curated experience. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and fresh tasting. Our guests ordered a range of items from salads to steak and seafood and everyone enjoyed their meals. The bar has a wide variety of beer, wine, and specialty crafted cocktails; their old fashioned was quite popular with our guests. Our waiter John (I think, I apologize if I am getting his name wrong as I am writing this review a week after.) was quick and attentive but he seemed to struggle with the number of guests that were at our table. I would recommend that in the future for tables of our size (19 guests), the restaurant should allocate at least 2 waitstaff to make taking orders and delivering food easier. We’re somehow more disappointed every time we go. Bdubs is nostalgic to my wife and I. We both worked at several locations in Cali and Oregon for about 5 years. This location is awful. We were one of 5 occupied tables in the dining room so we were under the impression that our meal would be somewhat quick, especially considering it’s all frozen food that’s tossed in a deep fryer. We ordered 20 boneless wings (chicken nuggets I get it), 2 sides of wedges and 2 drinks. We waited 40 minutes for the food to come out, again 1 of 5 tables and we ordered chicken nuggets and fries. When it finally came out the we pretty blown away at how little care was put into the food. I get its Bdubs. They’re not exactly known for having high standards and we go there knowing what to expect. This location however serves horrible food and with horrible service. We asked for cheese on our potato wedges which of course we paid for and got the saddest little sprinkle of cheese, as seen in the photo. They’re also soooo stingy with sauce here. If you’re going to charge $15 for 10 boneless wings at least sauce them up. 3rd times a charm, we know never to go back here. Also I should add, we spoke to somebody about our concerns who turned out to the be regional kitchen training manager. 40 minute ticket times and this is what comes out? The trainer needs to be retrained.

We ordered and the waitress said give her just a few minutes to put in the order and then get us drinks. we realized that we had been at the restaurant for approximately 35 minutes, and we hadn’t received drinks yet, but we saw four servers standing around talking to each other in the middle of the dining room. Nobody was getting drinks. Nobody was checking on tables. It didn’t look like any of the very few tables in the dining room had food either. So to put it as simple as I can: Don’t go here unless you want an overpriced, tiny, undersauced wing to be served to you slower than the DMV. I have never in my life stood up and walked out of a restaurant before. In this case, we walked out and we stopped by the hostess stand and asked her to please convey to the server that we were leaving to go somewhere else. (And we were seated and had drinks within 10 minutes of arriving at the other restaurant.) There are other places to get wings, and I will be exploring those in the future.
