The food, however, was delicious and prepared very well, and good care was taken into displaying a spotless cutlery across tables (I am very particular about culinary cleanliness). They had a large variety of dishes on the menu from various cuisines, and good potion sizes were served. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, and I especially enjoyed their "green glow" juice. It was so delicious! And healthy too! Then came the drinks after we were done with half the food Mint mojito- the only thing edible but no where worth the price Masala lemonade- only had the flavour of soda and masala And then comes the cold coffee- on enquiring about sugar free cold coffee we were assured the same without any sugar or ice cream and when it arrived it was neither cold nor sugar free on returning the same again got a coffee with sugar though little yet not completely void of sugar. Cheap qualtity Synthetic Paneer made of powder was used in paneer masala. All the food items were either average or poor quality. Food: We started our meal with some mocktail and shakes. The blue lagoon was great, where as the paan mojito was exotic. We tried two types of salad Prime Italian Salad and Baked Chicken Salad which was freshly made and great to the eyes and taste. For starter we had Chilly Paneer Quesadilla which is a amazing combination of Mexican and Indo chinese cuisine, the Idli Burger was the most innovative dish and we loved it. They have amazing range of non-veg kebabs, like Kakori kebabs, Reshmi kebab and Chicken Barwa. I had the best Risotto ever and Reshmi kebab was the shows topper, it was beautifully presented with the clouds of egg white and each bite of kebabs has that aroma of desi ghee.
