Dessert was the blueberry bread pudding. Way too much ice cream, not enough blueberry flavor, mushy bread and not warm enough to really enjoy. Service was fine. I’d give them another opportunity. Visited from central NY for the wineglass marathon. When I arrived, my room was not ready until 4:30 (check in time was at 3:00). The location is very far from everything but the worst are the staffs- they all have attitudes from the manger, Karen, to the house keeping staff, Leilani. The house keeping staff was so rude! Overall, the staff are unprofessional and rude and they don’t care about their paying customers. We had 6 rooms and non of them were cleaned even after asking for it multiple times.
