They do it again, and this time transfer her to a number that’s just a voicemail. She calls back a third time and demands the owner speak to her to which they had to hang up and call from a personal number. The owner calls and first thing said is “what do you want?”. Thats just so unprofessional on so many levels but anyways, she starts to explain the problem of how we were charged for something we didn’t order and our food was wrong and she just starts saying “what do you want me to do about it?” Fix it obviously, to which she refused over and over again. Eventually she says probably the weirdest thing in this whole encounter and says “do you wanna speak to the customer in front of me about what they ordered?” WHAT?! WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER?! YOURE THE OWNER! THIS IS YOUR JOB! She immediately followed that by abruptly hanging up and blocking her number from the store and her cell. They take no accountability or responsibility for their wrong doings and charge what they feel when they feel and after reading some other google reviews, this isn’t their first time doing this. My General Tso's chicken had a decent flavor but it wasn't particularly the greatest I've had nor was it really that juicy. My rice was quite bland and I had actually opted for the fried rice option! I usually really enjoy fried rice but this mostly tasted like regular rice with a slight oniony taste. Combined with the lack of extra sauce the rice was edible but was not desirable. The egg drop soup was actually surprisingly flavorful so I appreciated that but when I got to the fried wontons they were completely stale and had no crunch whatsoever! The people that run the place seem nice, the person who took my order served my tray and was very kind and respectful but when I walked back to inquire about a lid for my soup bowl so I could take it home literally everyone was on their phone and didn't hear me the first couple of times I tried to get their attention. I hate to give bad reviews and really hope this is used as constructive criticism. I hope for the best for this place but it has a good bit of things to work on.

We couldn't believe our eyes, we thought they had served us the large by accident. The onion loaf is terrific, the onions or thinly sliced and lightly battered and perfectly fried throughout. Even the inside of the loaf is still crispy and lacey, not gummy or soft. The Dover food scene is lucky to have Where Pigs Fly!

The meat had good flavor on it's own and the sauce had a nice zing to it. It was definitely not over or under sauced. The sauce didn't over power the meat nor did it make the bun an unusable mess. I was greeted as I came through the door, seated immediately, and drink order taken. Both were the greasiest Chinese food I've ever had. The man who waited on me was not customer oriented at all. He acted as if he was too busy to hear what I was asking. I took the shrimp roll out if it's customery bag and set it on the plate. Two minutes later there was a pile of oil on the the plate. I had to soak it off with a paper towel. About 2 table spoons and more on the egg roll itself. The pork wontons were burnt and tasted like dirty grease. I haven't been there in over 15 years but I decided to give them another try since I was hungry and walking home. NEVER AGAIN

The floor was not mopped clean. Had black dirty streaks made by the mop. Staff at around and ate a pre-packaged sandwich. Since they just opened at 11am .
