这餐厅位于一间在Brickfield小印度的Alila hotel 里面，相当的隐秘也有仿佛来到印度的错觉 🤣. 面包非常的好吃，配上他们店家自制的昆布奶油格外好吃也开胃。 烤鸭很好吃，外皮酥脆肉多汁肉质烤的刚刚好，调味完美，必点。从烤鸭分解出来的鸭腿用了另一种做法，橙汁酱汁但略干也比较需要咀嚼。 烤韭蔥烤的刚刚好，软硬适中，有一种类似葡式烤鱼的一种香气，可惜在调味方面稍微淡了一些。 鹿肉也烤的非常的完美的medium rare，坦白说和牛肉比起来分别并没有很大。吃起来柔软多汁。 除此之外其他菜肴就还好，不好吃也不难吃，就看个人的喜好了。 最后，整个环境虽然很舒服，但空气中弥漫的香精味似乎用的有点过于强烈，所以对于鼻子比较敏感的人来说可能会觉得有点刺鼻。

I will be suggested the salmon, it is really the best dishes in all of these. It has an explosive taste and really delicious. And the best part is that second photo, bread with butter. The butter you will really need to have a try, It is a starter, FREE & you can also refill for every table. Lunch will be cheaper than Dinner. Remember to make reservation 1 week before. I was craving this fine dining so long ;(. It is alway fully booked, you can have a try by walk in but you have to try luck HAHAHAHA. Better have a booking before you go. We dined at this restaurant on February 15 and opted for their Valentine's Day set menu as it was our only available option.
