And my fiancé asked if the venue worked with Carrabba’s because he loves their food. We were so happy when they said yes they did. It was so easy to look at the selection sheet. We selected 3 entrées and sides, and we chose steak marsala, chicken marsala, and penne Alfredo. Our sides were the tossed salad, penne Pomodoro and garlic mashed potatoes. Bread and dipping oil were provided on each of the tables. I was telling our guests ahead of time that Carrabba’s was catering, and they were excited. The big day arrived, and when I went into the reception area, the food was beautifully served and almost every single person came up to me, and said how tender and delicious everything was. The food was nice and warm. My best friends who travel the country said these were the best mashed potatoes they’ve had in forever. I am so glad Justin came through and did a beautiful job for our big day. As we all know, food is so important to have a great dinner at your wedding and Carrabba’s fulfilled that wish for us.
