As for the areas this vendor could work on: 1) As our event neared the communication was not great, 2) our cakes were delivered late and without communication that they were going to be late - causing me stress and the florist was waiting for the delivery to decorate the cakes, and 3) despite our prior inquiry regarding how the ceremony cake was going to arrive and if we would be able to carry it to the event location, the person who delivered the cakes was extremely rude to my father when he asked for the cake box - and then left to return later with a box that was too small.
