An all-you-can enjoy buffet place that serves various culinary cuisines along the more recognizable Chinese food. So, birthday celebrators can get a free lunch or buffet meal when they dine with at least three other paying adults. Other details are found on their website or a staff will walk you through….I don’t normally jump (and still don’t) at the thought of buffets anywhere we go to one. But, what I like about this place aside from the variety is their dessert selection. It’s always a treat with the assorted flavors of the scoop on all-you-can-enjoy ice cream they offer. A lady was going around each table introducing herself as one of the owners, and informing us to approach her if we need anything. Staff service was friendly and efficient already to begin with. So, I gotta say this is simply a safe choice when dining with bigger groups.

Husband came here primarily for his KIMCHI but they run out of it and did NOT tell us until he asked for it half way our cooking...he was ready to walk out but the server knows how to deliver excellent customer service and offered alternatives and managed to keep him in the table. Prices are pretty steep considering there are no complimentary side dishes or green tea and iced tea that we're used too. Restaurant is pretty cozy inside but in the winter it's VERY COLD we didn't take off our winter jackets throughout the dining experience...it's like they did not switch on their heater...feel sorry for the staff actually. Appreciate the privacy seating but makes it awkward and difficult to call out to busy servers outside because they won't see you unless you open your top curtains or get out from cubicle or call out loud...better if they habe a BELL on the table for service. But then we are travellers and just happen to come from Korean/Japanese restaurants and are used to the real thing.

However, this was not even close to any of the other locations we've been to. To say it was a horrible experience is an understatement. We walked in and there was no one in sight. We saw a digital stand and decided to check in just in case it got busy as it was dinner time. After some time, we were called to our table. We asked if we could sit in a booth instead, as there were lots clean and available. The lady seating is said we couldn't sit there as those are reserved for people with reservations, and asked if that was okay as she sat us at a table. I mean, no but do we have a choice? It was just after 6:30pm, I doubt there were THAT many people coming in on a Sunday evening. She brought us water and we proceeded to order via the iPad. We put our order through and she came back to tell us we can sit in the booth if we wanted to. Of course we wanted to move, but she said we'd have to reorder our food as it's now a different table. No problem! Except it was a problem when our order was doubled - clearly she didn't cancel the order. On top of that, we obviously couldn't consume that much and they got mad asking us if we can eat it. Why would we have to eat more food that we already ate? The food quality was poor to begin with, I wouldn't want to eat it again. Most of the food was cold, and I'm thinking it's because they load it up on a robot and wait until everything is made. Zero taste in most of the meats too. The place looks nice, but unless you're capable of walking up the stairs that's the only way you'll be able to get to the restaurant from the parking lot. When I went to the small buffet, they had run out of wontons and the lady rolled her eyes when I asked if there was more. We had to help ourselves to ginger and wasabi, which would have been provided to us at the table no different than any other ayce sushi restaurant. I'll NEVER return to this location. Please do better and improve your customer service and food quality. Not sure how you even scored high review status to begin with.

IKA BUTTER was a prize but deleted from the menu as well as several other gems. By the way, authentic restaurants prepare & serve only ONE country. Combining Japanese & Korean is not the best idea.
