But the place is really cute, lots of seating. I ordered vegetable tempura and a tofu red curry for takeout. They were happy to take my order even though it was only 30 minutes until closing. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door, they had my food ready to go and had already included utensils and sauces on the side, which is nice not having to ask for. Prices were fair. The vegetables and for appetizer was huge and ended up being a full meal in itself, I saved the curry for later. The curry had a nice spice and very good flavor. Lots of veggies and tofu. I would definitely come back here again and try more things off their menu!

So a tall slender asian woman with black hair and a pink top (also my waitress), handed me my receipt but right before she did she scratched out something on it. So when I started to review it, I realize it said $12.71, which was one of the suggestions of gratuity on the receipt and I said well who wrote this, because my son said he never wrote a tip and she said well that's what we do here and I said no I work for a restaurant that's forgery. You can't just write in a tip. She goes well were not gonna enter it in the system. Nothing at that point made sense of what she was trying to explain to me after she was already caught in a lie. Meanwhile, I cleaned off the table, stacked all the dishes together and left it as clean as we could so she wouldn't have to do much cleaning. I'm more annoyed that you thought you tried to take advantage of a teenager that never thought to fill in the tip and total amount on the receipt and just signed his name... He ordered extra egg rolls that we paid a few bucks for and the egg rolls and the veggies were from Costco. I knew they were from there because we have the exact same thing at home. They used to sell the food on styrofoam plates and gave a fair portion of food. Now they have opted out for cheap plastic containers with different compartments and serve way less food than they used to. The containers were so flimsy, they bent as we tried to grab them out of the bag. We also ordered sweet potato sushi which were not done correctly. The potatoes inside of the sushi were raw and they had a musky smell. I understand the cost of leaving has gone up but if you are charging people for food then do not sell them store-bought food.

Not horrible like some reviews mention. I ordered the spicy salmon roll, eel avocado roll, and the chicken hibachi rice. In my opinion, the sushi had way too much sauce for my liking. The spicy salmon contained too much spicy mayo, and the eel avocado roll was drenched in eel sauce. Some people might like it that way though. I still enjoyed my sushi. The hibachi is where I’m mostly disappointed.. there is lack of flavor. It was prepared beautifully, but there is something missing. The lady that took my order was kind. The establishment has potential to be better.

Prices are fair, clean establishment and super friendly staff. We happened upon it while out the other day and found it had just opened the day before. The service was fast and the food was really very good, especially the noodle dish my husband got was so yummy. Definitely going to come back to sample more sushi and other dishes. We finished with Mochi for dessert and that was also amazing. Definitely would reccomend! Great little local place for good sushi, hibachi, and Japanese fare. Love! Only problem I have is that it's so close to my house, my wallet's gunna suffer!
