There was one family and the sandwich artist took 45+ minutes to serve them. Absolutely ridiculous. I find it funny that a smaller location in a freakin Walmart has better speed of service and costumer support. Skip this one and go to any other subway or restaurant. Food was pretty terrible too. We’ve had problems before with our order being right, the food being hot, the food taking too long (it literally took 30 minutes one time to get only 4 drinks), the buttons not working properly at the pull in, but today was the “icing on the cake”. We went through the drive through and my son ordered the garlic bacon burger combo and a pretzel, I ordered a foot long coney with no bun (which is what I order every time I go to sonic because I can’t have much bread) with mayo, mustard, and ketchup and they asked me if I still wanted the chili and cheese and I said yes please. We got our food, I pulled the foot long out to make sure it was correct and had to really look because I didn’t hardly see chili and cheese on there. So disappointed that the customer service in this situation was so overlooked and actually seemed to be kind of petty about it! I am wondering if it is because this place is located in a gas station, most of the people who eat there and review it are used to lower quality food. There is also a pitiful amount of cheese and guac thrown onto the top, as illustrated by the second picture attached to this review. The shredded beef taco was the only decent thing I had, but even the shell on this was thin and cheap. I think that it tasted better because it was deep-fried, so the oil gave the beef more flavor and texture than it would normally have. Guacamole was ok but did not stand out in any way. However, my last experience there was extremely lacking. I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and 6 bean and cheese burritos with green sauce. As a single driver, people cant even run in to use the bathroom during such a long wait. More than anything, I just wish the orders were correct, as I live over an hour away.
