I asked to have my sandwich grilled, which I do at other locations all the time without a single issue. A brown guy refused and gave me the excuse of “too many toppings,” which simply wasn’t true. My sandwich had a normal amount, nothing excessive at all. This shows either laziness or a complete lack of customer care. Other Subways manage the exact same request easily, so why can’t this location? Instead of trying to accommodate a paying customer, the staff chose to argue and dismiss my request. If this is how they treat customers over something so simple, I can only imagine how little effort goes into the rest of their service. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic professionalism or consistency from Subway. If there were an option for 0 or negative stars, this location would definitely deserve it because of that attitude guy.
