Whoever was in there smoking also removed/disconnected the smoke alarm. We reported it immediately and a young lady name Ashley came over and took pictures of the smoke alarm removed and how bad the smell was. The room itself was great. It was our wedding day and we came here to spend one night before our honeymoon later. We are both lifetime non-smokers so the smell did bother us quite a bit. For this reason we could’ve given the room a 1 star but this wouldn’t be fair to the quality of the room. Ashley said they could change us to another room but the other room wouldn’t have a jacuzzi as this was the only room left with that amenity. We chose this place for the jacuzzi so we just sucked it up and drove on as they say in the army. The location was great as there are several restaurants walking distance and convenient stores less than 1 mile away. We were told there would be some type of compensation for the inconvenience but we haven’t seen it yet. Building 4 room 503 is the room so please have someone see what they can do to remedy that smell so another guest such as ourselves who are non-smokers can really enjoy this nice place you have here. Overall, very nice hotel/resort.
