There was just about every breakfast items one could imagine and several assortments of coffee/late/cappuccinos as well as brunch cocktails. The only disappointment was that the food was somewhat cold when it got to us; Not all of it, just most. Placed a pick up order for the Thanksgiving Day at 4:30 pm but when i got there at 4:15, there were a lot of angry people just waiting to pick up their order. But looking at him he looked like he hated his life as well and looked overwhelmed. The main issue they have is their staff is not well trained and this is a consistent issue among this location. The presentation of the sandwich was exceptional with a large portion of fries and au jus. The sandwich was warm and the sourdough bread was very crispy. All in all, the sandwich had a great combination of flavors, but the crabcake was essentially lost in all the other deliciousness. This is my first time even hearing of this diner chain. It looks like a new style typical 50s diner with a massive menu. They also have shakes, wine and beer (including local beer). I've often wondered why local beer is so prevalent but local wine is not. Anyway, I ordered the Fried Triple Pickled Chicken Sandwich. Two thin sliced fried chicken breats that were first pickle brined with pickles, banana peppers, and pickled onions. Very good. It also came with fries and coleslaw. Fries are thin sliced, salty and delicious. Coleslaw reminded me of KFC Coleslaw but fancy which I also enjoyed. Lots of booths or tables, clean, and good service. Our server, William, was nice, efficient, and took good care of us. I'd definitely go back since it was good and try some additional items.

I was waiting for someones flight so I thought I'ed kill some time here watching movies. They didnt mind and it was nice to just sit and relax while eating a good burger. I got the classic and it tasted great, it was cooked well and was filling. I enjoyed it more than other chains like Shake Shack becuase its less salty and more meaty. No problems at all with the food. The fries and onion rings were good, plus the cheese dip helps. Cheese dip extra is nothing special though, they need to either add some spice to it or make there own cheese dip? I dont know if they just pour it from a can or actually make it... With all the good food, I wish they can add some good cheese dip.

Based on this I would urge caution when eating here. First time here and right away we noticed that it was clean and friendly. Bathrooms are well taken care of. Ordered both a single patty and kids meals. Kids reported that the fries were too salty for their taste. The single patty burger was small, didn’t have a lot of flavor and tasted dry. Kids grilled cheese was tasty. Also ordered for milkshakes and they all came out more liquid than ice cream. They were good and the kids enjoyed them. Out the door was over $50 for four people.

BUT. When I surfaced the fact my order was missing mushrooms and jalapeños they took it back and fixed it immediately… the cook even went so far as to bring my order to the table… The staff were super friendly and even asked how my food was half way through the meal which I thought was a very nice touch. After eating it I reevaluated and have to say the burger was pretty tasty .. and nice and spicy too with the jalapeños! While I still feel the price was a bit high I guess I’d still recommend it just make sure to list out the toppings you want so there’s no question as to what is expected…..
