The staff welcomed us and were very helpful and informative with the menu. We decided to go with the vindaloo, pilau rice and a couple of different nan’s. Complimentary popadoms and dips were brought to the table which were very tasty. The mains arrived and we got stuck in, the vindaloo was delicious as was the rest of the food, nice and spicey with lots of flavour. I tried to ask for extra paneer in the saag but they tried to charge me another €2 for it which again - ridiculous. I got the food about an hour and a half later. The butter chicken tasted like they got tomato paste and mixed some herbs in it. And the main portion of saag paneer had a whopping 9 tiny pieces of paneer in it and it didn’t taste how it should have. Also the stingiest place ive ever seen about their crackers (I got one piece broken in half) and no mint dip. I don’t know who’s managing this place but I think they need to have a serious conversation with their chef. Will not be ordering from here again.

I rang a second time to make a complaint, and as I had initially accepted the restaurant's offer of a replacement, I expected a refund, and was met with the most unprofessional and poor attitude from the manager not only refused to take any responsibility for his establishment disappointing customers, but continued to tell me he had no complaints and I was the only one (which from other reviews here is false as a similar post had the same issue, one month ago) told me he was not going to refund me as I received 36 euro worth of (inedible) food, and that HE was losing money. After almost five minutes of back and forth, he hung up the phone, but failed to correctly hang up the phone and I could still hear what I believe was him ranting about the phone. I rang back again moments later to inform him that I would be up to return the food, he unprofessionally told he wont be giving me a refund, and to ''do what I want, call the guards'' shortly before hanging up a second time. Overall, the expirience I had with the manager was the worst that I have ever had in any establishment; No responsibility taken, poor basic customer service skills, and frankly, a rude and unprofessional manager, in my opinion. All I wanted was a standard saturday night take away, and ended up with two orders of poor food fit for the bin. After an expirience like this, even a one star is too far a compliment.

Chicken was inedible very tough hard to cut and chew overall we weren't happy. We had cinema booked for 7 pm as we thought that 2hours would be plenty of time to eat and get there but unfortunately it wasn't so we missed cinema that was prepaid. Lovely decor, very knowledgeable waiting staff on all things burgers. Milkshake absolutely delicious. Chicken tenders were sensational, I am not a chicken person at all, I was not even interested in trying them but they were so good I would actually entertain getting them as part of my main meal the next time, fresh and moist.
