Shaded with a nice breeze with enough space for the dogs to lay down. Our server was Sarah who was thoughtful about the dogs and greeted us with water bowls for them. She was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. We had the Rosso and Limoncello sangria to start. Both were light and refreshing and well priced at $10/ each. My fiancé had their hazelnut old fashioned as his second drink and found it very nutty without losing its old fashion flavor. We shared the Ezzo pizza which included pepperoni, spicy salami, mozzarella, basil and honey. The pizza was $21 which matches current speciality pizza prices we’ve seen. The pizza was good. Not great. Unfortunately there was no basil and the honey was barely detectable (we did ask for extra on the side after a few bites). The mozzarella was amazing! You can tell it was amazing quality and was the best part of the pizza! But overall, had the flavor of a regular pepperoni pizza with red chili flakes on it. Getting the extra honey on the side did help but the whole pizza just kind of missed the mark on being a specialty favorite. With all that said, we will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu for drinks and food. You can’t beat great service and delicious drinks! Oh and a great view of the lake!

I like to make it a point to go when in town because I live out of state and good pizza is hard to find where I live. Originally from Chicago area (and even helped run a couple pizza places as a youngster) so I know good pizza and this pizza is excellent. The service is a delight as well as the atmosphere. I haven’t read through the reviews and I apologize I usually like to post photos, but trust me when I say you can’t go wrong. They use quality ingredients (Italian sausage is honestly top notch) and charge fair prices, and make just downright excellent pizza. Thank you very much. Please keep up the good work!

We had a gentleman wait on us that recognized a Marine hat and thanked my BF for his service and shared some specials with us.
