Tried breakfast this visit. I went with the hot honey chicken biscuit. It comes with 2 eggs, any style, biscuit, and breakfast potatoes. Unfortunately they had to sub fries. Judging by pictures, I had them deconstruct the meal. The cook made a little cheese 2 egg omelet. I ate all the eggs, and one of the tenders, plus some of the fries. Staff is always on top of things.

Do NOT recommend this place. Food is terrible. It’s not bbq or smoked food at all. Service was good but who cares if food is garbage. We ordered ribs and gumbo. Food came up in 5 minutes!!!!! Faster than milkshake. I will attach pictures so you can see that ribs had no bbq sauce on it and are burnt. It’s was super hard to chew. Taste was like they used liquid smoke. I had to ask for bbq sauce so I got couple plastic containers. Gumbo was pretty much mix of shredded chicken and green enchiladas sauce. Terrible food. Manager offered to bring something different but I don’t think that would help with how bad it all was. I spent 42$ and pretty much didn’t eat anything

First time at this location and rebranded name. I wasn’t impressed at all with this place. For what I paid for I could’ve gotten a steak dinner that was juicy at a steak place not bland and dry food like the meatloaf. Server literally took the plate as soon I put the last bite in my mouth and handed me the clover machine to pay. Really rude in my opinion. High prices with mediocre quality food will not have me coming back.
*side note that the owner really doesn’t care about losing customers by true way they treat the customers , explains the empty parking lot every time I drive by.

I usually only write good reviews, but unfortunately I have to share my experience with hopes that the restaurant learns from its mistakes. Stopped in to get some breakfast, staff was very pleasant and we were seated right away. Not too many other customers but it took close to an hour to receive our two very simple breakfast orders...one plate was brisket hash, but it wasn't really hash, just some brisket and a side of limp potatoes with two over easy eggs and toast. Brisket tasted good, but the rest was rather ordinary and barely warm. Second plate was avocado toast with over easy eggs...everything was barely warm, avocado was hard and potatoes limp and kind of greasy. It was hard to understand how two very simple breakfast plates could take almost an hour and still come out cold...sorry. (and if your avocado is hard, don't serve it)

I ordered an Arnold Palmer- 😫 I took one drink and couldn't take another. The broccoli salad flavor was awesome but some broccoli pieces had already turned brown. I'm very picky about my slaw flavors, but this slaw didn't have any, but I could tell it was fresh and crisp.
Overall, I enjoyed the meal and will return.

We stopped in for dinner on a road trip. Was a small town feel in Eureka, and that was pleasantly different than most other roadside restaurants. We had the cheese bread, toasted canneolli with roasted red pepper soup, lasagna, and of course pizza. I would definitely recommend 👌

I ordered the spaghetti with broccoli and the penne seafood pasta. The food was okay overall—nothing terrible, but not really impressive either. The seafood pasta was creamy but a little heavy, and the flavors didn’t fully come together. The bread they first brought out was cold, so I ended up ordering garlic bread instead, which was much better.

The server, Donna, was very friendly and warm. The food was just ok. The portion of manicotti was very small for the price (2 tubes for $15.99). The pizza was good, but the middle had a doughy crust. It was seat yourself so we found a nice corner of the restaurant. Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. However that’s where the good experience stopped. The section we sat in had a server but someone else ended up taking over our table since it took her at least 5 minutes to greet our table. They were not busy at all. Then they were out of a few sodas. Then it took 20 minutes to get our food. She came and checked on us once and then we asked for the check. She stopped by 4 other tables and had full conversations with them and was taking photos. The waitress apologized at the end but overall I would not return here next time.

We’ve been coming to Poor Richard’s for a very long time. It’s where my wife & I went on our very first date after going sledding at Art Hill back in January 2011 (and we had both been many times prior to that date). Recently the service has gone way down hill. 2 of the last 3 times we’ve ordered carry out my wife’s cheese burger which was supposed to be well done was medium rare at best (very pink when there was supposed to be no pink at all). The last time I put a ton of emphasis on WELL DONE for her burger (but sadly did not bother checking the box before I left the restaurant as I thought “surely they won’t mess anything up a 3rd time in a row, right? Wrong….) Got home to a well done burger WITHOUT ANY GARNISH AND THEY FLAT OUT FORGOT TO PUT FRIES IN THE BOX?!?!?!?! Are we serious with this??? 😅 it’s laughable at this point! Come on guys, really?!?!

Absolutely love this nice little place! My mother and I visited for the first time and thought why we hadn't been here more often. Walking inside, it is like a cozy but elegant Tuscany feel with darker wood tones and brick tile floor. The menu is upper scale soup, salad, and sandwiches mainly. They also have breakfast options. Friendly greeting when I sat down in this cozy restaurant. First time at this place and I ordered the Central Plate, 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, 2 bacon strips or 2 sausage patties and 2 slices of toast. My order came out quickly and the food was hot. I got in the drive thru, waited 5 minutes before an employee pulled behind me blocking the drive thru and said they were closing it for the evening but I could come in. If I could have I would have. Ridiculous place.

I don't often give bad reviews but this location has worked hard to earn this. I'll start off with the difficulty we have getting our correct order. They often forget parts of our order, don't have the items and fail to tell us, or sub the items and fail to tell us. The staff often tells us we can/can't do special orders- it's never consistent. The waits are long. The trash is often over flowing and the tables not cleaned.
Worst part is that the food has not been fresh lately. The last 4 times I ordered a salad it was wilty, slimey, and inedible. It's inconvenient as all get out to have to call to get a giftcard and also not have an edible meal that I spent time and money to eat. Its the whole point.... providing fresh food is their selling point. Just skip this location. Spent $42.00 and only half of it was edible. Also, I found a hair in my dressing. It happens, but I'm out of goodwill with these guys.

Sat in dine in for over an hour for one large pepperoni pizza. Every single table was dirty when we walked in, I had to use my own sanitizer wipes to clear off a table for us. The beers were skunky. Service was as expected for a Friday at dinner time, we opted for dine in bottled soda so no refills, we asked for ranch dressing and garlic butter upon ordering and never received had to go up and ask, we was the only one doing dine in so as far as service went very lacking to poor, I get it they was busy with carry outs and delivery's, as we finished up we had to go ask for a carry out boxes and had to ask for the check, again we was the only ones eating in at the time, then expected a decent tip which normally I'm a pretty good tipper depending on service and the service we received didn't warrant the tip they was asking for, the quality of the food wasn't what was expected.

The experience during lunch was exceptional as the dishes served were fresh, steaming hot, and incredibly tasty. The restaurant offers an extensive menu for margarita enthusiasts with numerous flavor options. Additionally, the lunch menu is quite diverse and reasonably priced while portions are generously sized. It is certainly worth giving Altos Cantina a try!

I started with a margarita. I had a choice between small, medium or large. I went with a small regular margarita with salt. It was a little heavy on the sour mix. I tried their chicken fajitas. When the fajitas arrived I noticed the chicken was sliced incredibly thin. I strongly dislike when restaurants do this. The chicken is so thin I had to put on my reading glasses to find all the chicken. The chicken tasted good and it was tender. The bell peppers and tomatoes were overcooked and limp. Everything arrived hot. Sat at the bar and received great service. The ambiance seemed more like a sports bar than a Mexican restaurant. Small parking lot and had to park in the larger strip mall lot.

Was greeted with a warm smile by Olivia, such an amazing server! The place looked exquisite. For the prices, and services its one of the best places I have been out when traveling by far. Right after we came from the super-hyper-ultra overpriced Six Flags with bulging heat, this place definitely healed us.
I had enfrijoladas, a vegetarian dish, after the amazing chips and salsa. In terms of taste, the dish was okay. They don’t put added salt on your dishes so one is on their own for that. Can you make the dish in home? Yes. But if home is 4 hours of drive far away and you want to really eat some good food, this dish serves its purpose. The cheese could have been melted a little longer, and avocado could have been seasoned a little better. So for my fellow vegetarians, you will get experience of good kind, with decent tasting food.
Overall the experience was very positive. Olivia asked us around 3-4 times on if we needed anything that was nice, and always with a smile.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. While they have the typical Mexican restaurant menu items (such as Speedy Gonzalez), they had many more that i didn't recognize. I had trouble making a decision but since it was lunch time I went with a somewhat smaller meal, Tacos Alambre which included shrimp, bacon and avocado. It was tasty and filling and I brought home about half of my meal to enjoy later. There were only about 5 tables with diners during the noon hour on a Wednesday.

We have ordered door dash from here a few different times and the food has been amazing! We recently went in person and dined in on 5/11. The restaurant was incredibly clean and the staff was super friendly. Our waiter Pedro did a fantastic job, he was running back and forth making sure everything was swept, wiped down, and ensuring everyone had what they needed and were enjoying their meals. As usual the food was phenomenal, and you can't beat the prices!
