让人失望的米其林。连续三年蝉联米其林得主，去过的用餐时间唯一客满米其林，甚至没预约的在外排长龙。口味是没有问题的，但是食物处理却是大问题。不晓得河内人喜欢有咬劲的食物？几道菜的食材煮得过头，难以咬动！猪肉咬不动，螺肉好像橡皮，猪大肠也硬的得嚼不动。用完餐，满嘴塞牙缝的食物残渣，酸疼的咀嚼肌。座位安排上也非常不合理，为了营造古色古香氛围感，减少灯光照明可以理解，但至少每一个座位要安排足够用餐照明！如果安排了连菜单都灯光昏暗惨淡看不清的位子，肯定让食欲大打折扣！是不是让顾客看不清摆盘就好糊弄？当我用手机灯光照明时服务员也无动于衷，可见服务态度一斑！

环境优美，食物符合大众口味，是个很适合请人吃饭的地方。我们点了杨桃河虾、包菜猪肉卷、五花肉炒河虾、贝壳肉西红柿酸汤、米纸春卷，每样都很好吃。他家的甜食也很不错，淡淡的清甜，食材原本的味道很新鲜。

中午套餐，我点烤大虾和草莓伴橙冰，先生点蟹肉春卷和烤鲈鱼。春卷皮厚、馅完全没味道，三只所谓的大虾(prawn)只有尾指大小和根本没虾味，鲈鱼过火和不新鲜，又老又硬，要问才给的法国面包和牛油也不香，唯一可入口就是橙冰。到达早没几台，却安排厕所旁边的桌子，吃饭时还闻到臭味。后来叫了车赶着离开，迎面的欧亚混血儿负责人没跟我们道谢，却急着用越南话扯着嗓门向里面大叫，可能怕走单吧！

The service itself is excellent. The waiters cleaned our plates and replace it w new as courses brought out. The food itself was a nice break from the local cuisine. More European hut still with some local touches. We thought the pasta dish was the weakest. Maybe suspected that the pasta water was not salted enough when cooking it? The room was quiet, comfortable and it was great to enjoy a bath in our 2 week stay in Vietnam.
