The staff are so welcoming and service is excellent We visited yesterday for Sunday lunch without a booking and although it was extremely busy they were very accommodating. The are not providing WiFi to encourage conversation - which is fine - but the music was turned up too loud during our visit! Nevertheless, they did turn it down when we asked them. Our server was polite and attentive throughout. The portions were perfect, everything came out quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Great location right in the centre of Tenby, easy to find and access. Would definitely come back!

It has a feel of something pleasantly old fashioned, with a menu that is not too extensive, suggesting that the food is indeed, freshly prepared and makes you feel you are treating yourself to something special. The service is very friendly and timely. I chose the wild mushroom linguine and it was worth every penny. Creamy sauce, with mushrooms full of flavour and the pasta cooked perfectly. The restaurant had guests from Italy,Netherlands and France and I'm sure that they all went away, impressed with the dishes served. A great place to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary and in all liklihood, somewhere we will visit again, quite soon.

We went there recently and as always had a fabulous time. Laura always gives us a fabulous warm welcome and is totally attentive during our time there. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The ambience is truly relaxing and cosy and you never feel rushed. The menu offers real fine dining and the food is perfectly cooked and delicious. There is also a wide choice of gorgeous wines. On finishing the dining experience it is then lovely to be able to end the evening downstairs in the very comfortable sitting room with bar and log fire. When Laura has a spare moment in her busy schedule she usually joins us for a chat and a catch up. This restaurant may be pricier than others but for a special evening out it is worth every penny. We can’t wait to go there again, and thank you to Laura for helping to make our time there so wonderful.

We were welcomed and offered a choice of tables. The regular menu looked fab, but our eyes had caught the Tenby half lobster on the specials board, so we both opted for that. When it came, it was a big half lobster, nicely seasoned, with plenty of meat in the tail and, after the usual cracking, in the claws. It was sublime. Served with a fresh salad and perfectly cooked hot fries, this was an outstanding meal. We also enjoyed the apple and raspberry crumble for dessert. Accompanying our meal were a glass of Sauvignon and another of Pinot blush, both going well with the respective courses. Wonderful friendly service. This was a wonderful meal to round off our stay in beautiful Tenby. It would be nice if they focused more on serving their customers efficiently. What frustrated me the most was that I had called over two weeks prior to request a reservation but was told they were not accepting any due to the Ironman event. Upon arrival we was immediately greeted by Costa, throughout our visit Costa was attentive, friendly and very informative of the menu. Recommendations of meals and what worked well together was very helpful. All staff were friendly and saw to us when needed. The starters were lovely especially the antipasti. It is great for sharing and had a lovely selection. Worked very nicely alongside fresh bread. When the mains came we was more than impressed. All the food was fresh presented well and amazing portions. Costa and other servers checked on us during our visit to ensure we was happy and enjoying everything. The atmosphere was lovely and a nice place to stay even for a drink. Would most definitely recommend this place and if we was to come back to tenby would visit again. food portions so good ended up having to take some home!!!

Plenty of veg and potatoes which was nice not to have to ask for more, the portions on all our meals were plentiful. The deserts were also great although my cheese cake couldve been a little larger but that's my preference. The service was spot on albeit the restuarnt was quiet but still very tentative to our needs. Food brought out in a reasonable time although it does state as food is cooked fresh waiting times can be a little longer which is fine especially when you have the great food that's produced here. The only negative is that we wanted to book again but told we have todo this online, for me that's fine but if it was my elderly parents they wouldn't be able todo this and therefore miss out on the splendour of this restuarnt, they may want to consider that if people want to make a booking the staff can book them in using their details whilst there.

The Thai food was excellent and the portions were large. We got a seat immediately though we realised there were reservations and we would’ve have got a better and more comfortable seat if we had booked in advance. There were games which you could engage in while waiting for your food. We ordered green and red Thai curry which comes with complimentary steamed rice and shrimp crackers . We had three sharing boards for two. Unfortunately they were each probably a sharing board for one. We had a table on the balcony over looking the bay. We watched the children jumping off the quay, which was most entertaining. The place is nice, the restaurant building has great design inside and outside, it is literally on the beach which has amazing view for any direction you are seated. My wife ordered fish bucket where she hand just bunch of buttered calamari, cod, squid and prawns. No signs of fresh cooking in sight. The salad she had... We had to separate the old salad from the fresh one. It had numerous yellow end bits, some of them were dark and squishy. Only giving this place a 3 because it has a good view. The food is too expensive for a fast food restaurant. I'm not gona say anithing about the service as we had almost no support. Even when we asked a service person for outside table for two, she just showed us a door to how to get to the outside terrace. It was visible from the entrance. WiFi not working sounds like a small issue, but when your trying to meet someone there and because of the location there is no phone signal, it’s very frustrating they don’t have their WiFi up and running. Sadly this is one of the only restaurant options for people with disabilities in the town as it’s the only real modern one with good access. With a good manger this place would easily be the best place for miles around by default.

Very disappointed. Booked this restaurant back in August for end of November for an anniversary surprise party, with a couple of guests coming nearly 400 miles for it. This was based on recommendations from other people. Menu was lovely with a wide choice that we knew would suit everyone (see photos) When I got to Tenby in November I happened to look at the menu again, and it had been changed to an extremely cut-down Winter menu. Gone were most of the specials and fish dishes, and replaced by an all-day menu, with the “special” of the day being an all-day breakfast. They could see my anger and disappointment, so much so they even emailed shortly afterwards to see if we were still coming. I absolutely appreciate that some places can’t run the same menu out of season, but a courteous email or phone call shouldn’t have been that difficult to say the menu had changed. Looking around town, we found The Cove gastropub and they were able to accommodate us at the last moment, otherwise this would have been a real disappointing end to the surprise weekend. The food was prepared and customized as per our request. It's a small place. Make sure you carry cash with you as the card is not accepted here. The naan was freshly prepared, we tried the Coriander chilli naan and the garlic chilli naan. The paneer tikka starter was delicious, and had a decent amount of pieces. The dishes are slightly over priced as it's a tourist spot. But definitely worth visiting. You could ask the staff to give the wifi password and use the internet. The toilet is neat and clean. We were greeted with a cramped table in a completely empty restaurant. At time of booking we’re told we could bring a dog but once seated we’re told to put him under the table. We asked to order the set menu and they said they didn’t have one. They said the set menu was for another restaurant. After going down some stairs into what looked like an old cellar i was greeted by an Indian gentleman who showed me to my table. He took our order and kept us waiting for 30 mins for our meal to arrive. The meal was about average but a bit on the small size compared to other places. Drinks were extortionate along with the price of the meal. After emptying my bank account i proceeded up the steps to leave the premises, by the time i got to the top step i knew something was wrong as my stomach was bubbling and building pressure. whilst on my journey home this pressure built up so much i needed to release some pressure from my back passage. This is where disaster struck! what started as a hot sticky fart soon turned into molten lava running down the back of my leg. Luckily i opted for the leather seats in my car otherwise I'd be putting a claim in for a new seat, along with my underpants, socks and cream chino's. So please bear this review in mind as you're being lured into this place with its lovely smell of food. Would i return? Yes but only if i'm wearing a nappy

The hotel and restaurant are absolutely stunning, and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was very friendly, even helped when ordering to select a cheaper option (in stead of x2 half portions, ordered x1 as it was a buffet style meal). I’ve been struggling with food recently but the amount served was just the right! Ordered; x1 chicken fried rice, x1 sweat & sour Chicken Balls and extra s&s sauce. Shared between two people. Sauce wasn’t over powered, the balls wasn’t over crispy etc. everything was spot on. Staff friendly and nice, happy to return again.

The staff were very friendly and switched on to provide a great service. The music and vibe was fantastic. I had the salt fish fritters for starter which were fairly good. For main I had the jerk chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it came with plenty of rice 'n' pea. The jerk sauce however was average. This was washed down with a pint of red stripe. My wife had the jerk pork, again cooked perfectly but the sauce lacked a little in flavour. There was a good selection on the kids menu. Had a perusal of the menu and then noticed a sign saying minimum £10 card payment which I wasn't going to reach, so I asked the guy serving if he knew where I could get cash. It was the first night of our holiday & we had been travelling for over 5 hours. What a difference! The staff were very efficient and welcoming and the food was delicious. Whats can I say! It arrived 30 minutes late but understandably it’s a Saturday and things run behind. Our order turned up and was cold! Had to microwave individual plates before we could eat. Contacted the establishment to advised and was greeted with a negative response and called a liar, manager said he did not believe the food was cold and he’s had food after an 8 hour shift which is still hot, absolutely laughable. He continued to call us liars and refused to do anything saying over and over we were lying! Despicable behaviour from a so called manager. Asked to speak to his senior when the owner came on the line and again did nothing. Agreed a £10 refund which is really not acceptable. I did advise I would contact Food Hygiene as if the food had been probed it would not meet the standards required. Really not even worth one star! Avoid!!!!!

The chicken skewers(4 to be precise) came with red and green peppers, onions, and pineapple. And egg fried rice and prawn crackers. We had it delivered and was told 45 minutes It took around half an hour. The food was very nice, the chicken wasn't the big slimy chunks that im used to back in my home town and the beef look ok. Didnt, taste the beef though. The only gripe I had was the chicken skewers were extremely salty. I know Chinese food is renowned for it but this took the biscuit. I had to chug down water for the rest of the night Oh my poor kidneys. This is why I'm giving the food 4 stars instead of 5. Very tasty and so much of it to share just a shame about the salt although i would go again and try something else.
