Cocktail was nice. They offered me a taste of two wines before I selected which I thought was a nice touch. The food was hit and miss and a bit too out there for me. For example, one dish was a whole crab or some kind of shellfish 🦞, I did not want to crunch the thing whole so I just ate the cracker. Next was the alligator meat served in an almond/cheesy milk sauce. It did not work. Not sure if it’s the aligator meat or the combo but I didn’t like it. The ‘surprise’ dish turned out to be cow tongue and brain which I would have preferred to know in advance. That being said, the tongue aspect was nice - the brain part was not. I could barely get any meat off the pigeon. The ice cream flavour combination did not work, a bit sour. The other dishes were nice, I especially liked the onion appetiser and the pear palate cleanser. Service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful; some of the descriptions could have been delivered a little slower for tourists but they did their best in their second language. The view into the kitchen was nice and I enjoyed watching them work. The kitchen staff were taking great care to plate every thing up nicely. I think for the price point, the food and flavours here needs to be better balanced and reliable.

The food is soo flavoursome. I my self am not a vegetarian or vegan, at no point was I missing meat. The prices are very reasonable and the food is outstanding. It gets full quickly, I got there as they started the lunch menu and before I had finished, all the tables were taken. The service is polite and friendly and as you expect from a top establishment. The lunch menu is only 30bs per person for a three course meal. I would choose to eat here over places in or around the witches market as it's much better quality and a lot cheaper and only a stones throw away. Menu items are cooked to order and fresh food.

This wine bar / Bolivian tapas bar is something really special in La Paz, a totally different concept to the other poor quality places in the area. When we arrived we were welcomed by a young manager whom spoke perfect English and explained the concept of how they only use Bolivia products direct from farmers and all the wine is from Bolivian producers. The concept is to give you a checklist menu that you write the amount of each dish you want they have around 30-40 dishes all tapas size. They also have a tasting platter for 2 people that gives you a great section of the menu it’s well worth the money. It will be around $10 a person including a bottle of wine. I can honestly say this is the best restaurant I visited in La Paz the attention to detail quality gives it a European standard that would not be out of place in Paris or London. Me parecen acompañamientos muy simples y creo que la experiencia podría ser mejor si uno podria escoger los mismos entre algunas opciones, personalmente la canasta con papas, chuño y demás no fue de mi agrado y realmente al no tener con que más acompañar la olla de queso tuve que conformarme con el pan. Pedimos una jarra de jugo que estaba bien de sabor y su postre también. Al final tardaron demasiado en traer la cuenta que pedimos y al traerla vimos que en la misma incluyen el servicio como parte de cobro lo cual termino de desencantarnos ya que el servicio no fue el mejor y de alguna forma nos estaban obligando a pagar por el. I can tell the beautiful details on each dish, including side dishes, all carefully made with love. Thank you Ken-chan and the friendly staff for keeping the space amazing. I came almost every another day to try their menu! It would be lovely if they have Tonkotsu ramen and roe. I love the broth of the ramen, and love that fact that there are lots of vegetables. All Teishoku I tried are Amazing, except Fuji one, the can tuna maki and avocado maki are weird. Gyoza, kimchi with pork and kroke are stunning sides!
