Very nice park to walk around. Beautiful rock formations and stream flows
I hadn't included this place on my visiting list, but there were not so many things to do in this area. So I headed towards this falls and didn't regret it.
A nice park with its waterfall and guardian. It was a pity the weather was too hot 🥵 to enjoy it more leisurely.
It must have been very pretty during spring with sakura blossoming. As we enter the park we could immediately felt a drop of 3C , so much cooler with the sounds of the waterfalls and the garden of trees and ferns. Zen!
Nice view and comfort to walk, not too far from city center. You may enjoy the wind and view with water/ drink , toilet available. Kids playground there so local family drive there. Please bring your rubbish to home / hotel.
Good to spend some time watching cherry blossom and waterfall. I think it is worthy visit only in springtime. To stroll, it might be good placr for you but if you admire great waterfall, it wouldn't be your choice. Waterfall is really small.
Such a fun area with a cool waterfall, play area, some trails that are also part of Kyushu olle - highly recommended!
Gorgeous waking. And right next to Ureshino tea museum. This walk was one of my absolute favorites of my Japan trip!

It is the old shrine of the city. There is no entrance fee for taking beautiful photos.A historic shrine located in Ureshino Onsen town. The main deity is Toyotamahime, and as is typical of Ureshino Onsen, which is famous for its beautifying hot springs, the catfish is enshrined as the deity. It is said that if you pour water on the catfish statue and visit it, you will have beautiful skin. Anyone who likes green tea in this city is considered good. There are products made from tea. There are various products made from green tea. The weather is very good for walking or cycling. Overall good recommended
A nice temple for people wishing for good skin - very interesting and very authentic as well. The statues and the lanterns were really nice as well. It was connected to a street of restaurants and opposite to a convenience store as well.
Very cute shrine with a porcelain carp. Here you can wish for good skin. Peaceful small stop when exploring central Ureshino.
Cute and full of pink stands 😍to go and pray to have pretty skin, must visit if you plan to visit this onsen area
Cute little shrine where tou can pray to the white catfish for beautiful skin.
Unfortunately no parking within the shrine grounds. This is a rustic shrine in central Ureshino, easy walking from your hotel or onsen.
Nice temple, peaceful. Very unique temple.
Mythological place. Japanese shrine. Best to visit is from Onsen Street coming.

A very good ninja theme park. Awesome with kids. A lot of nature. Several playgrounds, ninja show, ninja maze, ninja museum. We spent 4 hours here despite heavy rain and still didn’t see and do everything the Saga Ninja Village has to offer! The staff is very enthusiastic and kind. You can have a good time here especially with family.
Cute ninja village with everything about ninja culture. Interesting place to visit. The staffs are nice and professional. There are ninja shows but we didn’t get to see it due to out schedule. The flowers are blooming beautifully.
Great for kids. Minimal English signage. When we went it was empty. Easily more staff than customers. Employees were enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. The facility itself is beat up and tired looking.
Cool place to visit, seeing the ninja in person , be inside the ninja house, going through maze, ghost house, and watch the show. Ninja costume is available too if you like. This place could easily spend 1.5 hours if you take the time and going through each area. Kids would love it.
Really enjoyable experience - plenty of ninja-themed activities in some lovely traditional buildings and gardens. Ninja show great for kids
Probably very fun for the kids. As an adult, it's interesting but there is less to do obviously. I loved the shuriken throwing though.
Great time for kids in the ninja academy. Ninja animators are very good in keeping kids engaged. The attractions have a kind of showa-era atmosphere.
It's a fantastic place to come for a sneak peak into the history and culture of Ninjas in Japan! With many wonderful activities to take part in, it's a fabulous place to visit at any time of the year! Please visit and be an awesome Ninja😂🌷 ki

(Translated by Google) When I asked the bus center staff for the bus stop when heading towards Hasami-cho, they were kind enough to help me. They also have a restroom available (it's to the right when you open the office-like door), and it seems you can wait indoors. This isn't a review for this site, but I'll write a long guide to the route and points to note when going to Hasami-cho (Nishinohara bus stop) for future reference. 🙏 The route I took this time was: ■Ureshino Onsen Station ↓30-minute walk (buses also depart from the station) ↓ ■Ureshino Onsen Bus Center ↓20-25 minutes by bus ↓ ■Back side of Hasami-cho (Nishinohara), Minami-Kura ↓Walk ■Ceramics Park ↓Walk ■Front side of Hasami-cho (Uchiumi) ↓20-25 minutes by bus ↓ ■Ureshino Onsen Station This is a walking and bus route. ・The bus stop heading towards Hasami Town from the bus center is bus stop 2, past stops 4 and 3. Saihi Bus ・Both buses are quite infrequent. It's a good idea to check bus schedules in advance, both to and from Ureshino Onsen. ・Even if you board from Ureshino Onsen Station, you'll need to transfer at this bus center or nearby. (Towards Hasami Town) ・To go to Minami-Kura, Nishinohara is the closest bus stop. ■※Points that were confusing ・Google Maps says that if you head from Utsumi to Ureshino Onsen Station, you should transfer at the Ureshino Medical Center bus stop at the Ureshino Geriatric Medical Center, but I couldn't find the bus stop. I was lost, and then I came across a bus with Ureshino Onsen listed as its destination, so I got on. However, when I asked if it was going to Ureshino Onsen Station or the area around the station, I was told, "It doesn't go to XX (I didn't know the name of the place, so I wasn't sure where it was)." ・At that time, the driver spoke loudly and quickly, in a way I couldn't understand, as if to urge me to get off the bus. I panicked and got off. ・After checking again on Google Maps, I found that there was a bus that went to a bus stop near the station from a different bus stop (in front of the Youth Sports Entrance), so I headed there. ・Finally, I found that there were two bus stops right around the corner from Ureshino Onsen Station: Ureshino Medical Center and Ureshino High School, which were actually the closest bus stops to Ureshino Onsen Station. * (So it seems the driver was probably indirectly telling me he was going nearby.) ※Later, someone on a bus that stopped at Ureshino Onsen Medical Center asked if the bus was going to Ureshino Onsen Station, but the driver replied, "No, the next bus will take you." Fortunately, that person arrived at Ureshino Onsen Station at roughly the same time, but depending on the time, I thought there might have been a long wait. ・While this answer is correct, I wish they had mentioned that it was close by (about a 1-minute walk). 😧💦 ・If you're planning on going, I recommend asking the driver about the nearest bus stop, including the one you found on Google Maps. *Some buses include Ureshino Onsen Station as a bus stop, so it seems a bit confusing. *It might be easier to find the transfer if you go to the Ureshino Onsen Bus Center (close to the Ureshino Geriatric Medical Center). *It depends on the time, but ・It's about a 30-minute walk from the Ureshino Onsen Bus Center to Ureshino Onsen Station. ⇵ ・It takes 20 minutes to transfer to the bus bound for Ureshino Onsen Station, plus an 11-minute walk, for a total of about 30 minutes. It seems like the arrival time can sometimes be almost the same. I hope this is helpful for those planning to go.

I don't travel back and forth that often, so I have to be mindful of the time. Especially in Ureshino, the JR station and the hot spring area are quite far apart, so it is very convenient for getting back and forth to Takeo Onsen. Please use it. Also, although it costs 2,000 yen, the online free pass called Kabuki Free Ticket is a great deal. (Translated by Google) It was my first time visiting. I found this when I went to Saga and was looking for sightseeing (excuse me). It wasn't listed in the guidebook, so I looked for it at a tourist information center, got a map, and due to time constraints, I only visited one place, the town of Shiotazu on the old Nagasaki Highway. Since I went in the evening, there weren't many tourists, so I just strolled around the town. It's a shame that it's not known! When I received a map at the tourist information center It seems that many post towns remain on this old Nagasaki Highway, and there are 5 types of post towns on the map alone. It seems that it has been selected as a nationally important preservation district for groups of traditional buildings, so more As someone who enjoys walking around the town, I thought that the entire community should work together to promote the area. The townscape of Shiotazu that I walked this time had a parking lot for cars (free of charge) and a restroom. When we arrived, we decided to walk down the straight road and go inside to worship, but all the doors were closed, so we were wondering what to do, when a light car stopped in front of us and a group of elderly people inside. A woman came out and asked me (did you come to worship?), so I replied (yes... that's right) and (sorry, I'll bring the keys right away) I was asked to open it. (The Fudo Myo-o-o here is an important cultural property, so it's locked. I'm really sorry. Please come and worship as much as possible. It was mid-August, so it was hot during the day, but I had brought a fan with me, so I was able to stay cool at night. The facility is very clean, there are no insects in the toilets or dead bodies in the sink. I've been to a lot of campgrounds, but having a restroom that people who hate bugs can use without worry is valuable at this time of summer. Thank you for your diligent cleaning! Unfortunately, the coin shower was out of order so I couldn't sweat, and I couldn't get much sleep because there were people making noise at the cottage even after 1am. This can't be helped because it's just luck. There is a swamp cedar in the pond next to the campsite, and if there is enough water in the pond, you can take some nice photos. What a great park. We found it by accident while we were driving through the countryside. There is a marvelous sledding hill and free sleds available. The playground looks really fun, but, I'll be honest, we only played on the hill. There is a big great area for ball games, badminton, frisbee or even kite flying We visited in the fall, but there are tons of cherry trees. I can tell it will be beautiful in the spring.
