Good small water park for family. It is on the top of The Mall Bangkhae, the entrace fee is 220 THB for adult and 150 THB for child. There is some restaurant inside and cold drink, beer. If you rent swimming pool costume 70 THB per person. If you wanna go outside, Staff will stamp your hand, you are allowed to enter again and again. It was a good day with my family there.
Great place to take your family to. 3 of the themed slides were closed today because of renovation/service and will open soon. 200 bath for an adult and 150 for Kids,so its not much for a half a day with some fun in the water 😉. I would advice you to go in the weekdays as its not to many visitor aswell. You need a bathing cap to enter but you can rent it at the shop for 20 baths with other things as bathtube and swimmingboards. I would definitive come again 👍
PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!! Took the children there on 1st June 2025 and it was cleared, Aqua land will be taking over by 2026
Water park is closed for a rebrand to Harbor Aquaworld
Drove for an hour to get here with our child. What a huge waste of time and a disappointment! Very difficult to find in the first place. Then had to pay 250 thb entry and had to rent a swimmingcap. Our child could only use the slides for babies cause he is under 10, although he can swim very good. Most of the slides were closed and even the baby-slides were not all open. The slides he was allowed to use, we had to rent a tube for 80 thb as well. The slides are cracked, broken off and the walls are brown. The park is not maintained very well, the dressing rooms were also very dirty. They have a lot of staff sitting around, looking at their phone. Maybe they should let them clean a bit. Asking the full price with more than half the slides closed, doesn't feel very good. Also, there is no food or drink on the park. You have to get fully dressed again and walk through the shopping mall to get food. We got dressed and left after an hour of laying around in a babypool. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Place is ok and need a bit to get renovated but I insist it is "ok". Price is cheaper than other water parks here....it is worth every baht you pay due to this price factor. Down side...girls and mothers were walking and sitting in male room!! The staff should have warned them. It is funny and not acceptable at all.
Very big and very enjoyable place, can spend all day here. All you need is here. 😊
A decent way to spend a few hot hours in an afternoon but nothing special. Far more interesting for kids or parents. Affordable, clean, often not very busy. A large pool to lounge in and some great seating areas. You're allowed to bring your own food and drink in which is much appreciated. Don't get too excited about the water slides: they're very simple.

Slide 1 of 8
the market is clean, and you can feel safe to eat their food and cooking. Price is reasonable and most of the dishes are so delicious 😋
An OK open-air local market. Lots of street food. You may pass by if it happens to be on your way. Nothing special to visit. It shouldn't be on your Bangkok agenda
It was my plan today to check what’s available in this place as a market and what to eat. Driving was not that easy, and although there are few car parking spaces hidden behind the shops along the road with tiny openings (soi) that lead to each. I was charged THB10 for the car park (see yellow ticket in photo). In general, nothing special other than plenty of fresh seafood, vegetables and some fruits. I expected more, but it wasn’t very disappointing either. I had lovely noodles in the restaurant near the bakery shop.
very friendly vendors and a lot to see and buy from street food to bags, shoes, clothes, small trinkets. one seller actually offered a cheaper item to me and showed me the different prices in her store so I could spend less. but I do not think many of them speak English, so make sure you have Google translate or a translation app at hand.
Very authentic. Very few tourists, we liked the experience.
Another local Thai market that stretches from the Nonthaburi Pier several blocks along the right side of Paracharat Road (heading away from the pier) and in small alleys off to the side. If you have a weak stomach, avoid the wet market area which you will find behind the outdoor food court. Some real good stuff is sold there, shrimp still jumping, nice hunks of meat, live crabs and frogs, fish still writhing in water. Makes you want to have a Thai wife to cook for you! Fruits and veggies are super cheap as are the clothes and sundries. The cooked food is excellent everywhere in and near the market and there is a lot of it since the boats disgorge workers and students starting at around 4pm by the hundreds. They dont see many foreigners so expect some stares, just smile and be polite. The orange flag riverboat takes about 50 minutes from Central Pier and costs 15 Baht, there are express boats too in the mornings and evenings. Great place to go if you are avoiding the usual tourist areas and want to see how regular Thai folks live.
It almost got everything. From the pier, buses, songtews, taxis, and motorcycles for easy travel. It has a mall, clinics, tesco, 7 11, etc. The market is okay not so dirty. Though the pathways can sometimes get too crowded because of people coming to and fro but this market is so far one of the best ones I've been to.

Fortified, 1800s Buddhist temple beside the Chao Phraya River, with a pillared hall & a white stupa.
Slide 1 of 8
Wat Chaloem Phrakiat is a serene and picturesque temple, offering a peaceful retreat with its beautiful architecture and tranquil surroundings. The well-maintained grounds and welcoming atmosphere make it a lovely place for meditation and reflection. The temple is a great spot to experience local culture and enjoy a moment of calm.
Serene and beautiful temple. Built 175 years ago. Temple design has Chinese artistic influence.
Wat Chaloem Prakiat Wora Wiharn is the last temple built by His Majesty King Jessadabodindra (King Rama III) before he passed away. Therefore, it is considered the last temple of his reign. At first, the temple was built in 1847 on a piece of land that was a residence of his maternal grandfather and grandmother and the Princess Mother Somdej Phra Sri Sudalai. As an honor to his beloved 3 persons, HM King Rama Ill bestowed the name of this temple that is "Wat Chalerm Prakiat" and was so kind enough to build glass walls and terrets on all 4 sides to lend a majestic touch to the temple, which was built on the site of ancient fortresses. Unfortunately, the reign of King Rama III had ended before the temple construction was complete. Therefore, His Majesty King Rama IV, after ascending to the throne, graciously took this task to his own by entrusting Phaya Tibbhakornwongse (Kham Bunnag) as a leader of the construction and restoration team until the construction process was fully finished in 1858. Wat Chaloem Prakiat is situated along Chao Phraya River and is famous for its beautjful architecture. The temple was built in a style of Thai-Chinese architecture to suit the King's taste; while the south side of the temple is where the grand sanctuary or "Phra Wiharn Luang", which is famously known as "Wiharn Sila Khao", is located. HM King Rama IV was so kind enough to have principle Buddha statue "Phra Sila Khao" installed there in 1858. Nearby is also the site of the Phra Wiharn Luang which was built in Thai-Chinese style as well, inside which "Phra Buddha Patima Chaiwat" is enshrined. When looking out from the back of the temple, we will see a majestic white spherical pagoda shape with glass lotus base (Lanka style) standing out at the height of 48 meters against the backdrop, which the Buddha's relics are kept inside.
My favorite temple in nonthaburi with beautiful architecture and quiet environment by Chao Phraya river.
Beautiful and peaceful temple built in King Rama 3 reigned. Look around for peacocks! 🥰
A rather large temple complex with a few eating stations and small businesses.
Big trees surrounded the temple. There are parrots live on the big tree.
Arrived as stated open to find all fenced off bar one part due to covid. Though past 1st November so should be open. Could not see any of the buildings of the Wat.

What an amazing temple. On the temple grounds there was a festival organized with a lot of food (of course), live music, auctions and a fair. What surprised me however was that the temple was gorgeous and worth a daytime visit some other time, but it also has a museum which is exhibited in a fake cave. The museum itself is small but nice to spend 20-30 minutes snooping around. No entrance tickets needed but leave a small donation. 🙏 A lot more than expected and will surely visit again, festival or not. ☺️
I’ve been here since many times that I’m not sure if I’ve already reviewed it. Anyway, a MUST go. It is a great place to make merit with so many quiet places to reflect. The have a dedicated amulet shop. They also host the Thailand Seashell Museum and shop — you can buy a variety of seashells!! They host all the Buddhist holidays, especially popular is Loy Krathong on their private lake. It is a great place for meditation. Come visit! #thaitemples
Date of visit : Thurs 18th Aug 2022 Time : 11 am A very beautiful temple on the inside. Tranquille. A woman and child brought offerings and sat down on the floor. A monk came and sat on a stool before them. He probably answered their prayers. Along on the periphery corridor as we walk, someone is ringing the bells as he walks the corridor too. Not crowded on a weekday morning.
Beautiful temple and lots to see
Located at nonthaburi, Bangkok. This is a very beautiful temple. It is spacious, has an idol of the Buddha, besides many other Hindu gods. The attraction is the pond with fishes which we can feed. The parking is large & located in peaceful premise.

One of the most famous temple in Bangkok. Good to visit in the morning as it's less crowded.

A serene riverside park, perfect for a peaceful escape. Stunning views of a beautiful bridge and Thai architecture especially during sunsets. Multiple sections with charming canals and local Thai plantations Well-maintained and almost never too crowded. Ample parking space available, but access can be tricky without a car.
Love this park. It's not big, but is very beautifully landscaped and a wonderful place to walk around for an hour or two. The traditional style buildings are stunning, there's some hydraulic gym equipment, and also some peafowl that roam around near the car park.
It’s a beautiful park to run! It’s also clean and there are various bird species like peacocks & fowls freely roaming around.
Very wide open spaces. Nice view. The peacocks and peahen are not aggressive and loves to entertain guests. There are magical trees full of butterflies. Sunset view is amazing. Clean and no foul smell. Good place to exercise or just hang out.
A lively park with families spending afternoon together. People exercising on the gym equipment provided there; running, walking, fish feeding, boat watching. Entrance is free, parking is free. Ponds with lily pads, be careful, some ponds don't have bold borders. You may miss it when not looking where you're going. There are monitor lizards and a peacock too. They're expanding/extending/developing the park so there were still work being done here and there.
This park is still in the construction phases, but promises to be a great addition to the Nonthaburi district. I walked, daily, for a week, and enjoyed the scenic walking paths and exercise equipment here. The park has a backdrop of the river, surrounding buildings, temple and flowers, to enlist in adding to the beauty of this park.
Really beautiful and well-maintained, except for the condo or hotel on the opposite side. Honestly, for me, it ruins the view if you're taking a photo from the fountain side. Aside from that, everything's great. I enjoyed walking, and the riverside adds to its charm.
Beautiful park and scenery on the Chao Phraya next to a wat with peacocks living on the grounds! Great for exercise, especially walking and running. Sit and enjoy the breeze during sunset!

Special temple by its architectural concept. You have stairs in spiral leading you to the top and you can stop at every level. Finally, you will enjoy a 360 degrees view over Bangkok. Very nice. If you are already visiting this Wat, walk a little more and go to the Golden Mount....Some more stairs to climb... A little kitsch temple in its decorations...but the walk and the view are worth.
A breathtaking slice of Bangkok history and architecture. Wat Ratchanatdaram Worawihan, known as the “Temple of the Royal Niece,” was commissioned by King Rama III in 1846 to honor his granddaughter, Princess Sommanass Waddhanawathy  . Its centerpiece is the stunning Loha Prasat (“Metal Castle”), a rare multi-tiered temple adorned with 37 metal spires symbolizing the virtues toward enlightenment  . Despite its central Old Town location—at Ratchadamnoen Klang and Maha Chai Road—the temple offers a calm, almost serene atmosphere. The Loha Prasat stands 36 m tall with three tiers (24 spires at the base, 12 in the middle, and a single top spire) and houses a Buddha relic at the summit  . The structure’s design is modeled after ancient temples in Shravasti (India) and Anuradhapura (Sri Lanka), both of which no longer exist—making this one of only three such metal-palace structures worldwide  . Visiting at sunrise or late afternoon offers the best lighting and atmosphere. The outer garden plaza, opened after the adjacent cinema’s demolition, now showcases a pavilion and statue of King Rama III 📍 Intersection of Ratchadamnoen Klang & Maha Chai Rd, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 🕘 Open daily, 9 AM–5 PM (approx.) 💡 Tip: Best visited in the early morning or just before sunset for gorgeous light and fewer crowds. #thailand #bangkok #thebestintheworld#traval#วัดราชนัดดา
Beautiful temple which befits its nickname of Metal Castle. The spires are exquisitely designed and the whole structure stands majestically as a symbol of Thai creativity and craftsmanship. Definitely worth visiting for tourists who appreciate such good architecture. A small payment is required if you are interested to learn the making and history of Loha Prasat in Bangkok.
This Temple is located along the Ratchadamneon Blvd, aka the Royal Route. It was built according to Rama III orders in honor of his granddaughter. The Temple is little bit out of the main tourist area, in vicinity of the Democracy monument roundabout. Therefore it's pretty overlooked and underrated. It's square in design with eye catching 37 spires. It serves as both, Temple and monastery
Its a nice place with good views of city from top. Not crowded at all. Avoid going in noon time as it will be hot in summers.
The views from the top level are amazing and offer 360 views of Bangkok. The Loha Prasat (meaning is “metal palace”) in Bangkok, located at Wat Ratchanatdaram, is a unique multi-tiered structure inspired by ancient Buddhist architecture from India and Sri Lanka. It is the only one of its kind in the world today, made of metal spires arranged in a pyramidal form—symbolizing the spiritual ascent toward enlightenment. This is a really interesting temple different from any other you will find in Thailand on 4 different levels there are lists of proverbs that have as much meaning today as they ever did.
Wat Ratchanatdaram Worawihan is a stunning and unique temple in Bangkok, known for a multi-tiered metal spired structure that stands out among traditional Thai temples. The intricate architecture and serene atmosphere make it a peaceful place for reflection and admiration. Unlike more crowded temples, this hidden gem provides a quiet, spiritual experience. And you may buy so many variety of buddha. Whether you’re drawn to its history, architecture, or tranquility, Wat Ratchanatdaram is a must-visit for those exploring Bangkok’s cultural treasures.

He told me that Wat Tamnak Tai used to be the resting place for the Emerald Buddha before it was brought to Thonburi during the reign of King Taksin. He told me about the origin of many precepts during the time of the Buddha. He told me about the daughter of the devil who came to obstruct the Buddha’s path to enlightenment. He then compared it to the problems of the Sangha today. I donated money to help restore the chapel with him. The chapel has been under renovation for many years. We did it continuously without collecting donations or creating sacred objects. When we received money, we built it. When we ran out of money, we stopped. There was no completion date. I reported it again (it was difficult to contact, according to the second story. I contacted them back.) The technician department informed me that I had to take the refrigerator back to the company for inspection. Even sending a technician to inspect the house is useless. Spent a wonderful time here with The Boyz🥺 Never had I imagine that I will see Sunwoo performing live in front of me after watching them in Kingdom during the pandemic happen. Me 2 years ago will not believe that I made it here in Bangkok and take a flight from Malaysia just for him💕 The place is cozy and cool too!
Reasonable stadium but view would be better with out the security pen fence's restricts the view a bit
Imagine the prestige of Old Trafford, the aura of the Camp Nou, the history of the San Siro and the roaring atmosphere of Anfield… Combine them all together, and you may start to be able to imagine the footballing mecca that is Muangthong’s Thunder Dome.
The organisation of Le Serafim’s concert was good, however i wish you translated everything not only in thai language but, but also English. We came from Kazakhstan, and we did not understand anything. The concert was only in Korean and Thai languages. Very poor communication with foreign tourists
Great place to enjoy local football. Provides coaching for kids and ideal place to watch tournament
Great location, little parking, badly maintained. It does the job, but doesn’t look great doing it, as everything is broke or closed. Perfect for own events when cater yourself.
Nice stadium and Home of the Muangthong United. Venue is quite modern and nice, little too big to be filled up and it's quite hard to reach from the next train station "Lak Si".
The Thunder Dome Football Stadium in Thailand is an impressive venue, offering an incredible experience for football fans. Home to Muangthong United, it boasts a vibrant atmosphere with passionate supporters. Its modern design, excellent seating, and great views of the pitch make it a top spot to enjoy thrilling football action.
