Michigan State University has a beautiful campus. The campus really shines in the summer and fall. The red brick buildings are iconic. Close to a commercial hub with shops and restaurants. The red Cedar River is a gorgeous river that runs through MSU campus. Spartan Stadium is imposing. Many statues and sculptures scattered throughout campus. Parking is a nightmare though.
I’m blown away by how pristine of an upkeep Michigan State University upholds. I’ve been driving back and forth since they have top level animal care and emergency room and every visit the entire premise is being kept as clean as I could ever ask for. It’s a peaceful environment with people upholding the speed limit and folks walking along the striped lines. I’m shocked by how many departments they have and how beautifully the staff presents themselves with high level respect and demeanor. Thank you for the top level skills and knowledge!
The botanical gardens at MSU are definitely a great place to visit with the family, kids included! Hundreds of plant varieties and lots of knowledgeable staff. The elementary school program my kids and I have been attending is awesome. It has been super fun for all ages, and very educational. Our lettuce is growing well and We all can't wait until our next visit!
MSU is such a beautiful campus, especially in the fall!
The campus is beautiful! Watch out closely when driving, students are everywhere and they don't pay attention to cars. You might want to pre-download the "Pay by Plate" app, so it's ready when you find a spot to park. Parking is difficult to find, or even to know where it's okay to park. Do your research ahead of time. The walk down the Red Cedar is gorgeous, especially in the fall. Go green! 💚
It was ok going to the michigan state game...I parked on shaw in garage..40 bucks🤧🤧 and a walk lol but I loved the fact Penn State won
It's fun to go to Spartan Stadium to see the flood of Maize and Blue and watch our guys dominate little brother. The drone show was super cool, as was the band performance at half time.
I loved the front row seats where I was able to see it all! Although we lost the game my family enjoyed our time there. The parking lot where we tailgated was not to far from the Stadium.

A great FREE experience! If you are looking for something to do in the area this is a great one time stop. It is free for the general public and there are always events for MSU students. A very organized well thought exhibit layout also adds to the experience. There are also so many hands on experiences there is always something to do!
The museum has a unique collection of art that really catches my eye. A lot of creativity is clearly shown in each piece I walk by. I recommend coming here in your free time just to enjoy what this place has to offer. It really clears the mind and makes you just appreciate the little things through looking at the art. It is a calm and interesting experience that I would like more people to do.
The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, located on the campus of Michigan State University, is a striking architectural and cultural gem. Designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid, the building itself is a work of contemporary art, featuring sharp angles, dramatic lines, and a dynamic façade that captures attention before one even steps inside. Its futuristic design contrasts with the traditional architecture found elsewhere on campus, making it a destination for design enthusiasts and art lovers alike. Inside, the museum offers a thoughtfully curated mix of contemporary art and rotating exhibitions that span various media and cultural perspectives. The galleries are open and flexible, allowing for an immersive experience that challenges and engages visitors. The museum emphasizes global contemporary art, showcasing works that address timely and provocative social, political, and cultural issues. The Broad also serves as a hub for education and community engagement. It offers programs for students, artists, and the public, fostering dialogue and creative exploration. Admission is free, which enhances its accessibility and encourages repeat visits. Overall, the Eli Broad Museum is not only an architectural landmark but also a vital cultural institution. It successfully bridges the local and the global, making it a must-visit for anyone in East Lansing or the surrounding area.
This place is really interesting. Starting from the building, it's got such a unique shape that it instantly captures your attention. Then there are the exhibits which are unique and mind boggling. The staff are extremely helpful and try to answer as many questions as possible that you would have on art.
Not too big, but not too small. The atmosphere was nice, fairly quiet and calm. Good variety of art. I enjoyed the small interactive stations.
Parked at the MSU parking garage just five minutes away. To my surprise there was a lot of attention for spirituality in the digital age. To me it seems we are reinventing the wheel once again. If we go for horoscopes to understand ourselves and others around us, showcase a person that resembles the pagan priests of old and interweave that with an image of the fright of a calamitous god - it leads us to think about our self fulfillment and self direction. What is lacking in my opinion is an image or representation of an adventurous Christian life with God. To live in partnership with Him Who created us as his servants. What does all this means in the world today. Maybe this representation can be added to the exhibitions. The architecture of the building is creating a great atmosphere. I like the way glass was used, maybe the concrete a bit less. To me the building resembles a boat cutting through the waves of the sea, exploring new territories. But do not forget where we are coming from.
Great museum with plenty of exhibits to check out. They are smaller in nature but nonetheless very interesting. Not a bad perk when they had free ice cream from the MSU Dairy Store as well!
The museum is great!! 🤗 I enjoyed and loved the art, it was breathtaking and inspirational. The architecture of the building??? Amazing!!! You need to see it in order to enjoy it. I wish I could spend a little more time in there. But next time, I definitely will be there for long 😊

This is an awesome little park! This place has lots of fun art & plants and also has some fun interactive things like a dance chime, a human sundial, and a little maze.
It's just so beautiful there! The flowers are truly amazing to see! Take your dates here!
What a beautiful little garden. I wish I had known about it sooner. I didn't come with any children, but they still let me walk around 😆 I love seeing all the flowers and plants that can grow in our area on full display. It's beautiful to look at, and it is inspiring to see what could be done in my own backyard. Absolutely worth a trip out here.
This place is awesome! My 18month old loved it. I didn't take many photos with him not in it else I'd have more to share. The plants are cool in themselves, that they have herbs to smell and vegetables to taste, but besides that they have a few small ponds with water interactives, things that kids like to climb and explore like the train, the tree house, the very curved bridge, the huts, and I especially loved the maze. There is a musical feature in the sidewalk at one end. Several statues of people my son enjoyed touching since they were lifelike. We went at the end of August and it was perfect.
Amazing place to go with your special one! The garden was beautiful! Loved the sunflowers. This park is not only for kids, but for adults too 🙂
Brought a 9 and 3 year old on a beautiful Sunday morning in June and we all enjoyed about 2 hours exploring. We took our time going through the children's garden, reading the story and going through the amazing Alphabet garden ( a plant for each letter of the alphabet!). We played on the tractor, smelled flowers, made music, and played in the fairy homes. Would recommend for a short educational visit with kids. Neighbors up to the horticulture gardens which are beautiful and blends right into a beautiful walk.
Lovely space that sparks wonder for the whole family! For little and big kids. Even my husband and I enjoyed it honestly. It would be fun for a family outing or even a date night. Nice little sitting spots and plenty of photo opps! I’d love if they had an open concession stand on the depends at least but outside of that it’s perfect! Bathrooms were open and clean last time we attended which is a major win! Trash bins throughout ensure it remains in good shape and I love that too! Our kids are in HS now so they take pics there for every formal dance and many take senior pics at this location too. Truly an enjoyable space for all!
This is a very nice place to bring your family. We spent an hour here after seeing the Planetarium.

An amazing stage, I went here with family to watch Hamilton. It had an amazing set and very nice clean area. Parking was simple as well and workers were extremely nice! I would definitely recommend this place to others, it’s a very nice structure and well organized, easy to find your way around.
Always have a good time when we visit the Wharton Center. The seats could have a little bit now room to them, especially for a really tall husband. He usually doesn't have any room for his legs. We usually try to pick an aisle seat whenever possible. Parking is usually pretty easy too.
Parking here is a breeze! The theater is very nice and modern. Seating is more spacious than most theaters I've been in. Would 10/10 recommend this venue for smaller scale shows.
Orchestra seats for the band Chicago, and I got a guitar pick from Tony Obrohta. The concession stand was dead center on the main floor, and woefully small, with long lines and $4 bottles of water. The women had three bathrooms, while the men had one with a line down the hall. There were no trash cans readily available near the exits from the theater, so you had to wait till you got to a building exit before you could discard your trash, and no bags or carry trays from the overpriced concession stand, so there was that.
A wonderful performance space. There is definitely an acoustic advantage for speech on the ground floor. Things get a bit muddy up in the balcony, but for some kinds of music that makes it extra rich. I've been to several performances here and for drama is worth paying the extra money to have orchestra seats, but there are no bad seats for viewing as far as I can see. I look forward to my next visit.
Parking management is terrible, overpaid, useless, failure of purpose and expectations. Specifically there are two lanes available exiting onto Shaw lane. Information of two exit lanes and directions by human advancing traffic such as DTE music theater or other venues. Also signage and instruction of open exit to Wilson road. Intuitive, simple conspicuous exit signs and say where path leads. Use available lanes to move traffic. It is disrespectful to patrons to not manage traffic. Complete lack of understanding responsibility to guests Concert hall and everything else is enjoyable
I enjoy seeing shows at Wharton. Nice venue with good staff. I appreciate the emails sent notifying of things like parking. I wish there was better signage on bathroom locations for newbies. I wasn't sure where the closest bathroom was during intermission and long lines during the limited time were a bummer.
Went to go see beauty and the beast. A bit pricey but absolutely gorgeous and phenomenal performances. Seats a little tight if you are on the bigger side but doable. Bathrooms clean and snack bar for refreshments. Parking garage nearby costs five bucks I believe.

Great, fun, clean stadium. Had pretty good views. On the field!
Nice stadium, good fans, friendly staff. Only thing that pissed me off was that there is no WiFi, and when you’re sitting in the Sideline Club trying to order food, you can’t get enough of a signal to do so most of the time so the premium seating at least in that part is practically useless except for having a chairback seat and cup holder. Get with it MSU, it’s 2025. I won’t return until you do.
I’ve now been twice, both times as a UofM fan. The staff at the stadium are great, helpful and polite. Most of the fans are great as well, a little friendly ribbing when the Spartans make a good play, but that’s expected. Unfortunately there are also fans that are just the opposite, there was actually a guy in front of me laughing about an injured UofM player, but unfortunately each fan base has that kind of troll. Terrific views each time I’ve been there, reasonable concession prices and a fun atmosphere all around. The drone show before halftime was really impressive, though not enough to swap teams, sorry guys.
2025 season, great venue to watch college football, not a bad view in the entire stadium! Fans are loud, rowdy (maybe a bit too much) and very vocal. As of 2025 my biggest complaint is the cashless option that is forced upon you, the privatization of the concessions stands and the subsequent shortage of food options because of the privatization. Otherwise a nice experience to watch NCAA football.
Go Green! Go White! Go Spartans! My first homecoming game was a great experience, you had to be there 😅. Even though the Spartans lost to UCLA, I enjoyed the game, the atmosphere was electrifying, the MSU band was amazing. I enjoyed tailgating 😅 so much fun!! Incredible experience, I loved it!!! Go Green! Go White! Go Spartans!! Forever a Spartan!!!!
It's busy. I do not suggest heading to concessions between quarters if you have anxiety. We were packed in like sardines and at one point couldn't move and people started shoving. 5 stars bc the food truck on premesis.
Concessions have a new vendor in 2025. Issues with concessions. Otherwise, good experience. Enjoyed the Spartan Marching Band!
I was sitting on the 50-yard line in the upper section. One men's room in the whole upper Deck. Add that with selling beer and it leads up to a disaster. Obviously this school doesn't exceed in engineering. At least Michigan won for the fifth year in a row.

As a local Realtor I like to brag up MSU and all it has to offer when meeting with my clients. Beyond basketball, the Breslin Center hosts a variety of events, from concerts to exhibitions, making it a versatile space for entertainment. The staff is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience for attendees. The center's commitment to providing a top-notch experience for fans and visitors is evident in every detail. Overall, the Breslin Center is not just a sports arena; it's a hub of excitement and pride for the MSU community. I take pride knowing it's also the home of our wonderful basketball teams. #KudosMSU
Love msu but breslin center security all need to get on the same page. At midnight madness asked security if I could take my sons signed poster too the car. "Ya not a problem.' 2 minutes later I walk back in and get pushed out the door by a rent a cop and said we're at compactly while 10 people walk out. I start yelling my kids are in there the security guard that told me it was fine to go out asked the other one but he was just in here. He just shakes his head as im yelling. Very very disappointing. Hope he's never put in that situation. I'm sitting in my car right now hoping they are ok. And if it was his first day on the job it showed. Blonde haired boy maybe 5 7" im guessing campus security. If you are reading this be thankful it was me for future reference I don't recommend putting your hands on someone before you ask or demand someone to do something. Might not be so lucky next time
The Breslin Center is a top-tier venue for basketball games, concerts, and major events at Michigan State University. As the home of MSU’s men’s and women’s basketball teams, the atmosphere inside the arena is electric, especially when the Izzone student section is in full force. The energy and passion of Spartan fans make attending a game here an unforgettable experience. The arena itself is well-maintained, with comfortable seating and great sightlines from nearly every section. Concessions offer a solid variety of options, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The recent renovations have enhanced the overall experience, adding updated video boards, improved seating, and upgraded facilities. Parking can be a bit challenging on game days, but arriving early or using public transportation can help. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and entertainment options for pre- or post-game activities. Overall, the Breslin Center is a fantastic venue that embodies the spirit of Michigan State University. Whether you’re there for a thrilling basketball matchup or a major event, you’re guaranteed a great experience. If you’re a Spartan fan or just love college basketball, attending a game at Breslin is a must!
What a fantastic game and experience. The team played very well and the fans were into every play! The entertainment was fun too! We stayed for senior night after and each senior was given a chance to enjoy one last cheer before leaving the court! Great fun!
I loved my whole experience at this place! Only thing is use the bathroom before you go sit down! I’m a State fan! Go green.. Go white
Went to two different graduation ceremonies this past weekend. we had great seats and it looked like if you were ever there to watch basketball all the seats would be a great view. Although I'm Ohio state's buckeye fan I had to admit to my in-laws that the campus is absolutely beautiful. Very well kept in clean. It was easy access going through security went quickly. The whole time I was there thinking about what a great basketball season the Spartans had. I was thinking I should come here and watch a ball game. Look like a nice stadium.
Security is fast. Spartan women basketball tickets price is not high. Plenty of nice staff to keep stadium in order. Temperature is nice. Sound is loud and reasonable. Environment is great. Food is fine. Parking around stadium needs additional even with MSU permit.
🏀 The Breslin Center feels brand new! 🤣 It's been a couple of years since I've been back here. I was soooooo impressed. They've made lots of upgrades.

When in Lansing and if you like flowers, take time and visit the beautiful gardens on campus. The gardens are beautiful! I would have taken more photos, but they wouldn't have done this place justice. Go see for yourself.
One of those magical places on Michigan State University’s campus, with an amazing range of roses and clematis, scents from every part of the world, and an awesome koi pond with lily pads and irises. This is a great place for a walk after dinner. There are plenty of benches you can sit on if you need a rest in between. Definitely see if you’re in the Lansing area. There are lots of weddings here. Very nice gardens are also nearby.
Really wonderful garden experience with many different plants and small activity of resting at steps which guide you around the garden.
All photos are taken and distributed by Be Photographed. Bri and Zach’s wedding at the Horticultural Gardens was absolutely stunning. When I take photos here, I’m always impressed by how many beautiful outdoor ceremony options there are. The gardens feature a lovely gazebo with draping, potted plants, and a walkway leading right to the ceremony site — everything feels naturally elegant and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor areas provide endless opportunities for bridal party and couple portraits, and the greenhouse “indoor” reception space gives the wedding such a unique, intimate atmosphere. Getting ready takes place inside the connected school building, which keeps everything close and convenient for the couple. The photos truly speak for themselves — the Horticultural Gardens is one of Michigan’s most charming and distinctive venues for wedding photography.
My husband and I love the Michigan State Horticulture Gardens. We got married here because of how beautiful it is. Aside from that, we go here often during the spring and summer just to walk around and see the beautiful flowers and other landscape. The photos shown here are from last year in mid June when the rose garden is in full bloom.
Horticulture Gardens is a beautiful and peaceful place, perfect for enjoying nature, walking among flowers, and taking photos. The gardens are well maintained and offer a relaxing environment to unwind.
I love being a MSU Horticulture Gardens member and supporting the learning that goes on there. Plus, I get to buy wonderful plants at their sales!
Outstanding every month with many gorgeous perennials, vines, annuals, trees, shrubs and veggies to catch your eye. Easy, convenient parking. Children's Garden, water garden, Rainbow Peace Garden, annual trial planters, Hosta Garden and so much more. Many plants are labeled.

MSU's very own planetarium, located right on campus! A great learning experience for the entire family! Parking is easy and ample! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, come experience Abrams Planetarium today!
A fantastic activity for astronomy enthusiasts. The seats are comfortable. The tickets are very affordable. The featured show was extremely captivating and educational. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the annual membership if I lived nearby.
I recently attended a Sunday afternoon public planetarium show ('Messengers of Time and Space') at Abrams Planetarium. The show was approximately 30 minutes long, followed by a 30 minute live presentation of the current evening sky. The show was fun, interesting, and very affordable ($5.50 per adult as of Sept '25). If you arrive early there are some models, meteorite samples, and pictures in the lobby area that you can see in 15-30 minutes. Overall, I would recommend the public planetarium show. Any person of any age would enjoy it.
We took our 11 year old here for her birthday. We saw the Aurora Borealis immersion show, and the people who put on the presentation customized it for our kids birthday! We had so much fun! Can't recommend it enough! Thanks again guys!
It’s definitely a great experience for children and families! I have taken my daughter for a fun day and I have went with my church with our youth. The staff are super friendly and the children enjoyed the show. Definitely a great opportunity for them to have a learning experience. They do offer birthday packages. I was also able to purchase some souvenirs on the way out.
Quaint little museum. Interactive displays didn't work while we were there. The theater is nice, but I found the chairs uncomfortable after 30 minutes-most people probably wouldn't.
great experience with kids! I don't know what it's called, but the movie looks sooo real! btw, please shut down any device before the movie starts. rate per 6/11/22 $5,5 for adult $5 for student $4,5 for kids under 12 y.o
The Abrams Planetarium is a great planetarium located at Michigan State University. It's small, but there is still enough to see and do. They have different shows and exhibits going on periodically. I have seen some interesting exhibits there including comets, planets, etc. They have the Imax type shows where they screen the film on the ceiling in the auditorium. It's really cool. There is a gift shop too. Definitely make a stop at the planetarium sometime!

It looks like you are driving into a back ally in an industrial complex and you are wondering if you are in the right spot…yes you are!!! This place is a hidden gem tucked into an unsuspecting place! The menu is chock full of delectable creations and delicious libations! Ellison is a brewery and a distillery with great beer and liquor choices. Happy hour is great!
Stopped in on Saturday around 530pm. Staff were all friendly and prompt. Had a beer and smoked old fashioned. The smoked old fashioned was fine, not great. We ordered food to go and this is why 2 stars knocked off. We got the chicken in a pickle pizza, cheese bread w the spicy honey and marinara and a Nashville chicken sandwich. It took a bit for the items to arrive. Unfortunately they chose to give us pizza and bread completely burnt on the bottom. We get that wood fired will have some charred spots - but not the whole bottom. Very disappointed. The honey jalepeno was really tasty, definitely should get w the bread. Chicken sandwich and fries were good. The chicken was pounded thinner and much longer than how it used to be at the reo town location. But still good. Live music on Saturday Eve.
We stopped after the MSU game 9/13 and the place was packed! It took awhile for our food due to the volume of orders, but it was worth the wait. I had an order of ginormous chicken tenders and my partner had a specialty pizza cooked to perfection. The wait staff was very attentive and the drinks were top notch. We have found our new favorite game day restaurant!
Had the greatest time here with my friends watching the msu game. Our server Ella was so kind and helpful and gave us great suggestions for what to order. 10/10 would recommend!! Very chill place to go with friends and they have a very cute outdoor seating area that I cannot wait to try out next time when it’s not raining!
Went on a Saturday after a MSU game didn’t seem very busy. Never got our food after waiting over a hour. We ended up just leaving hungry. Never got our waters refilled the whole time. Then were told after asking how much longer that we can leave and won’t be charged anything. Gee thanks. If you can’t handle minimal crowds after a game then don’t open a restaurant?
A fine little brewery on the edge of East Lansing.... And they allow dogs. Look around the city. Not too many patios, and only a portion allow dogs. The beer was good. The pizza was solid. The staff were friendly to human and pup alike. What's not to like? I'll be back the next time I'm in town!
I came in for trivia last night and the staff was very caring and helpful with picking out a drink. I had the orangecycle drink it was amazing. The new manager came over and introduced himself and asked how everything was hes very nice young man.
If you don't know exactly where this place is, you'll want to use your GPS because it's not visible from Grand View. I've only been here a few times but have enjoyed it. Personally, I prefer their beer over their spirits, but that doesn't mean that they aren't good. The peach punch is very tasty, not sweet. The Caipirinha is a little sweeter, which I enjoyed. They don't serve food but do have popcorn as a snack Very cool atmosphere with a mixture of eclectic art and the brewing stills in view. Seems to usually be busy (not packed) and a little bit on the louder side, as to be expected in a busy brewery.

Stepping Inside this art gallery was wonderful! I got welcomed by two people and got to see so much different art scattered around the building. Rob Saper has a fine collection of exhibitions displayed for sale. I loved walking through the lit interior, finding my self delving into a painting. With comfortable furniture and wonderful natural lighting, I spent a wonderful time diving into Frederick Phillips‘a “Dreamy images of reality”. All in all it’s a great place to go stimulate your brain with amazing art. 10/10 free, would go again
Having taken some custom pieces here in the past with outstanding results, Saper was my first choice for framing some additional rarities in my collection. Roy, Jennifer and Erin shared some great insight and suggestions into my framing projects and helped find just the right mats, frames, glass and archival materials along with nailing my esoteric vintage hardware accoutrement requests - putting the perfect icing on the cake! Execution and meticulous craftsmanship were truly exemplary and once again, even decades later their work is just as breathtaking as in the past - adding museum grade protection, value and aesthetics to my pieces. You can trust your finest relics to be delicately handled and treated with the utmost care and respect here. Kudos Saper Galleries, as always you are the best!
I recently purchased a limited edition print here, and truly enjoyed the customer service experience and attention to detail. Would definitely stop here for future acquisitions, and would recommend to others as well
I bought a blue dicrotic Vace for my mom‘s birthday. She absolutely loved it and I believe that that was probably one of her best gifts. She got this place is amazing and they have very reasonable prices. I would totally recommend shopping here if you have any loved ones who love art and or just for yourself
I recently purchased two signed prints from Saper Galleries. Wow, they came packaged VERY well in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to doing more business with them. Art is very important to make life more “full” and Saper did everything it could to do just that! Pricing: they gave me MORE than expected for a very reasonable price. I did not even question their costs and found that I did not need to do so…very professional and honest. John
Roy and Jennifer were very professional and did a great job! True artists. I dropped off multiple collectibles and gave them the dealers choice on designing the frame for the photos. They did a wonderful job with little direction from me! I’ll only go to them for my needs!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Saper Galleries. I took in an heirloom mirror to be repaired. It had a bad crack and it was slipping through the ornate frame. I checked out a variety of places, but Saper Galleries was clearly in a class by itself. Roy Saper assisted me and couldn't have been friendlier or nicer, as was his staff. Roy really took the time to carefully examine the mirror and let me know in detail how it could be fixed. The repair to the crack was expertly made, the mirror repositioned, and better fasteners attached to the frame with a new strong wire, and a brand new backing with bumpers. Roy even offered to give me proper hooks to hang it. It was repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price that I could afford. I was emailed when it was ready and received a lovely thank you email after I picked it up. I was also impressed with the store. It is well designed and filled with lovely examples of their framing. Easy to get to and easy parking in the back, too. I will be sure to turn to Saper Galleries whenever I have a framing need or want to buy a special gift. Thank you to a great team!
We got a quote from Michael's to frame a signed concert t-shirt and then went here, to compare. This is a much higher end business, more so then we realized yet still, they were only about $45 more. So happy we went in. Their turn around is about 4-5 weeks with the holidays but that's ok with us. Give them a try, I guarantee the quality of work will be much higher than what I would have received at Michael's. Annette was super knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to get the finished product.

Went with our Girl Scout Troop for a private ice session, and it was amazing! The kids really got the hang of it, the adults were happy and it was just a really nice and clean environment. Energy level is high, very great seating choices. Skates to rent, just make sure you have them on TIGHT. Have fun everyone!!!
Munn Ice Arena is an iconic venue that captures the true spirit of Spartan hockey. From the moment you step inside, you feel the electric energy that only comes from generations of passionate fans and high-stakes college hockey. It's more than just a rink it's a stage where some of the most talented players in the game showcase their skills. The atmosphere is intense, with the crowd bringing a level of excitement that elevates every play. Whether it’s a nail-biting power play or a game-winning goal, the fans make sure it’s an experience you won’t forget. If you're looking to witness history in the making and be part of something bigger, this is the place to be. Don your green and white, bring your Spartan pride, and get ready to cheer loud. Go Green!
Great place to see a hockey game. It would be nice if the level of excitement for the men's team was the same for the women's team. Also, shutting down concessions at the beginning of the third period is an inconvenient choice, especially when games can go into overtime several times over. I get shutting down alcohol sales. But it sure would have been nice to have water for the 1.5 hours until the game was over.
Nice arena. Open to public for ice skating. Good aurface. Great lighting. Go Green
Bright and beautiful arena. Very clean, friendly staff. Spacious and fun. Concession food was great. Awesome place to watch a great MSU hockey game.
Fun place for my kid to play with his 16U team!
Munn is an excellent place to watch a college hockey game. The atmosphere from the student section adds to the experience and there is no bad seat. Concessions are limited and a bit expensive.
Always is a good time at Munn Ice Arena!

Have always had my books each semester of every year; good service for such a busy place usually in and out within 5-10 minutes with my reservation. Some people say it’s expensive but textbooks just are, some semesters I’ve had $300 in books some I’ve had $90 it just depends but isn’t their fault.
Collegeville is a good place to buy textbooks for MSU students. You can reserve your textbooks ahead of time and go in and pick them up, making for a very simple process. Being able too sell back nearly all of your books for half price is a great value. Helpful staff and good location as well.
I love that I am able to reserve my books in advance and just pick them up before the semester starts. I wish that they would tell you how much your reserved order is, by email or phone, before you go and pay for them. I went in and asked last semester and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking, but I do not always have that kind of money and need to take it out of savings, so it would be extremely convenient to know the price ahead of time! Please add this feature to your reservation option!!
This is a great place to get your textbooks! I have been using Collegeville throughout my years at Michigan State University. The staff are always very friendly and willing to answer questions. Definitely recommend this place as it makes getting textbooks for classes super easy.
The prices are pretty competitive for textbooks plus they handle all the work of finding and procuring them if you make a reservation for books. Usually don't need more than 10 minutes to get whatever you need from here.
Terrible customer service. Called ahead to try and pay over the phone for pre reserved text books and they wouldn't let me, that's fine. But then I proceeded to ask how much the total was to pre plan how we would be paying the the man on the phone said that they do not total up reservations before purchase. He said the store was too busy for him to walk and get it. Also when I asked for a manager, because everyone else I had spoken to previously was far more helpful, he claimed he was an owner. If that's how the owner treats people I'd rather not spend a dime here. Many other, better places to get books.
Well organized, in alphabetical order for each class and the guy that helped with the coursepack was very easily able to grab them for me. Overall a super nice experience that made me feel as thought the management of the store truly values my time.
Awful customer service experience. One of the owners, Ken Kerbyson, was very rude and unwilling to help me out on a recent purchase. He pretty much kicked me out of the store and told me shop somewhere else. This man clearly doesn’t care about his customers so it looks like I’ll do my book shopping at the spartan and student book stores. Do yourself a favor and get professional help at real bookstores like the spartan book store and student book store, NOT COLLEGEVILLE!!

I attended an funeral here. It was sad but the priest was amazing. All the people were great.
This parish is excellent. It is pretty, large, and has very knowledgeable priests who demonstrate that knowledge through their homilies. I wish I could make this my home parish, but it feels odd doing that since I pass by three other Catholic parishes on my way to this one.
I was disappointed by the Corpus Christi homily. It focused on people’s attire instead of the profound mystery of the Eucharist. Many come to Mass carrying personal burdens, and it’s important to remember Jesus looks at hearts, not appearances. On such a sacred feast, the message should inspire faith, not scold, especially on a very hot day when comfort matters. They showed up; that's what matters. That said, the cantor sang beautifully. I hope future homilies better reflect the welcoming and compassionate spirit of the parish.
Great community! Open to everyone. It's worth a stop from our busy days. If you have never been here, I would encourage you to come and make a positive change in your life.
Wonderful priests, meaningful mass, and very welcoming to visitors.
Wonderfully friendly parish. Beautiful sanctuary, crucifix, and tabernacle. Solidly orthodox. Fabulous priests. Great cantor.
Beautiful Church- Been going 43 Years- Love Father Gary did an Amazing job on my Mothers Memorial/Funeral in the Stunning Chapel. Recently went and had a Lovely Hour Session w/Father Gordon for the 1 year Anniversary of my Mothers Passing. We spent 25 Talking & Reminiscing my Mom & 30 Minutes of Rosaries- it brought so much Peacefulness. Thank you for Coming back into my Life- Just at the perfect time!
Great Catholic Church. Beautiful building but for worship. Mass is always thought provoking. If you come in with a difficult thing on your heart, you'll likely leave lighter.

My little guy loves it here. Always a clean and friendly atmosphere. Toys are well kept and staff/owner are very polite. It's a nice place to meet friends with other kids and let them play and do their thing for a while.
Such a wonderful place! My girlfriend and I were able to just sit and chat while our boys played. Very clean and the coffee was good. The owner is so sweet! She is very attentive to both the children and parents. We will definitely be coming back.
I am a nanny and have been bringing the children I watch to timeout cafe since it opened. They absolutely love it! It has so many clean, safe options for them to play with. The staff is wonderful and it's a great place to get a coffee and relax while your kids play in a fun, clean environment!
Nice enough place if your kids likes to quietly sit and role-play while you lounge around with a fancy drink and red velvet cupcake... but if you want to drink black coffee while your kids runs, climbs, and slides you are in the wrong place. The place closes way too early to be convenient and the daily pass cost is much too high for Lansing Riff raff like myself.
My toddler loves coming here. It's clean and well-kept. There is plenty of room to spread out and there is a wide variety of toys to play. It's geared towards more toddler/preschool age but my older kids found stuff to do as well.
Fime.little establishment to let the kids run around and destroy someone else's stuff. For a play space, it's quite clean and well organized. Bring socks. Plus, there is coffee for the parents. Parents need coffee or something stronger than coffee depending upon how potzo the kids get. Only complaint - no grown up sized costumes. If the kids get to dress like spiderman, why don't I?
I love going here with my boys. It isn't cheap but they have a loyalty program. I honestly feel like the cost is worth it to have a safe, fun indoor play option where I can just sit and relax for a bit.
My almost three year old had a blast playing while mom got to drink some delicious coffee. We will be back soon 😀

I was there for an exibit, which included, a couple of my paintings. They were very welcoming.
Two exhibit spaces, a workshop and a store all in one. A beautiful space. A community gathering point. (Check out the Friday drop in workshops for $5!)
Last night, my wonderful husband threw a "surprise" birthday party at the Art Lab. It was a fantastic party and the setting was perfect. I have lived in EL for 30 years coming from SF and Vienna. The Art Lab is the "hippest", most urban and tasteful place in this area. The staff were delightful and inobtrusive but very helpful at the same time. I highly recommend the Art Lab for a party, meetings or any type of get-togethers.
Had a wonderful experience here. The Art Lab is a great community, resource, and public space for engaging with the Arts & creative processes. Inviting space, sensory friendly, kind staff.
A friend and I have been coming for Upcycle Fridays once a month. $5/person (or free for MSU students) for hours of fun crafting. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The Art Lab holds lots of cool events which are usually free to the public
We had an amazing experience with Kimiko Uyeda. Loved this experience. I even got to start my first painting ever.
Amazing place for people that love art! Just remember that you will have to pay for parking ......... unless you go on Sunday!!! 🎨😎
