Ornate temple known for its intricate columns, gilded Buddha statue & vibrant wall paintings.

This temple will be crowded when the day near 1 and 15 come. Wessuwan god quite famous here too. The golden Buddha also got high respect here. Beside and opposite of the temple you can enjoy eating and shopping with floating market and flea market.
Great place to visit. Impressive buildings and next to a river market. So a bite to eat after
Very nice temple and have the floating market around. You can make a merit, eat and drink the local food.
Very Beautiful Temple, the painting on the wall is stunning.
If you go at the weekend you can combine a trip to the Talaad Nam (water market) with a tour of the temple, which makes for a pleasurable experience. It's not a real Talaad Nam, just set beside a Klong (canal). I must say the Klong is very clean and full of fish and some ducks. The temple complex is fairly vast and their's always a monk in attendance at weekends, if making merit is your thing, or you just want to view Buddhism in action. The market is full of restaurants, so you're gonna be spoilt for choice eating wise, and has a couple of good view points, in particular a sort of miniature Chinese temple with a wishing well, where klongs intersect, set beside the bridge that connects the two halves of the market. Definitely a place to visit if you want to experience the real Thailand, very few Farang tourists, which is a plus in my view, a hidden unspoilt gem.
Also the floating market is adjacent.
Big temple. The buddha in the temple is pretty famous for locals. There are a lot of people visiting on weekend and there is good floating market on weekend as well.
Frequented by locals and still relatively untouched by foreign tourists.
