Just stay across the street at the Sheraton for a cheaper price and better stay. It started when we first got into our room and there was hair all over the bathroom, toilet and shower. There was someone cleaning rooms on our floor who we asked to come in and fix the issue and they tried saying it was their own hair and didn’t make a meaningful effort to fix the situation. After talking with the manager who was kind about the issue, we were moved to yet another bathroom with hair in it! This hotel is outdated, not clean, and overpriced for the stay. They are in the process of construction and don’t inform guests about it. All in all, you can find better for the price. Not only is it gorgeous, but the service is sublime. Cocktails are always top-notch. Sometimes, a rowdy crowd comes in and stand out like a sore thumb. (This is really more of a light jazz and good conversation kind of bar) The bar is well provisioned, and skilled staff will create exceptional libations. All the New Orleans classics are available. Best French 75 in town 😉 Also they have a really good top-shelf/Rare sips menu.
