They checked the bread for my daughter who is dairy and soya free and also used a separate chopping board and knife to avoid any contamination. The only downside I found with the food was the sausages as they were not really to my taste (and looked like the ones you’d get somewhere a bit cheaper!) but other than that the food was very nice. There wasnt hardly any hay in sight, no enrichment, the guineas should not be housed with rabbits, the water bottle dirty with algae, and the floor looked like old damp wood shavings. (they have very different nutritional needs and should not be fed museli) These standards are not suitable for small animals and I urge you to rethink this setup as its not suitable while also going against some of the basic welfare needs. Yesterday finally gave me the push to sit down and send this. I got a flat white, and the latte art was honestly one of the nicest I’ve ever seen. It really made my day, and you could tell the barista put a lot of care into it. All of you deserve a shout-out — your hard work and positive attitude really stand out. After explaining process the next round was the lady tallying up pieces and costs and then asking to pay with the time warning. I asked about coming at end for payment she said they usually take it now but will do the next table and come back. So another stop to calculate everyones cost with the pieces as they dont do it individually and also again your in your painting element. So add up what you have at start and have your card out ready. Even though this was chased we didnt get seen to for drinks and had to follow up and ask for drinks. Then the teappt came with no cups or spoons so we then followed with that after waiting as we thought they were returning with them. So whilst unlimited it wasnt flowing to be regular and there was alot of chasing. - the rush to get us out was polite but firm. With boxez for cakes given which we didnt get time to get through. Yet we were seated late and time delayed at start all had knock on effect hence noting this. Just ashame as I know its a 2 hour in and out arrangement but if theres a delay its not made up and I would say it is just right for pottery painting experience but for the add on of afternoon tea I would have liked a 30min extra time and this given at start or end to give us that time to sit and enjoy. If your quick at painting fine but you are advised to go over things 3 times so it does take time. - the afternoon tea itself was okay but nothing to scream about. Cakes had 2 which were pistachio the meringue (i think) and sponge cake, I saw others have different flavour meringue so sods law for me as not a fan of pistachio that meant 2 were already not an option for me. And you get 4 finger sandwiches. (for £24.95) So a nice experience but alot of rush with the afternoon tea option, the 2 hour times which has alot squashed in especially if there is a delay to begin with. Would I come again- yes but for the painting only.

We realised that the staff members were concerned about the photo, but we are very confused about what policy if any we might have been breaking or even what they were suspicious of us doing by taking the picture. Going forward if I use my local store, do I have to be concerned about having my phone out? Am I still ok to use my phone to take photos of products and prices in the store as I'm browsing? If I see customers or staff members behaving inappropriately for example am I not ok to record them with my phone because it's in the store? Am I ok to even make a video or phone call while in the store? What is even happening here? What would make a person who works in a publicly accessible area that is being filmed at all times feel uncomfortable about their picture being potentially taken? Were the staff members doing something that they did not want attention drawn to? So many questions, but quite clearly not the most comfortable breakfast experience I have ever had. I would like to reiterate that both the staff in the cafe and the security team were extremely polite and professional, it was the shop floor staff that unfortunately made us feel both uncomfortable and that our patronage is unwanted.

I ordered the Cajun pasta and was honestly shocked. Hard chewy chicken, and the pasta was dry, over cooked, tasteless, cold, and pushed into clumps together. I didn’t get any taste at all and truthfully this tasted like boiled pasta with a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. We ordered 2 cans of Rio and received Fanta, both children’s drinks were missing, and overall for £40 for 2 breakfasts, 2 sandwiches, pasta and some cans of pop I wasn’t very happy. Super disappointed as again I had high expectations but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The cafe, firstly, is absolutely spotless and really nice inside, would be such a good spot to stop and eat, especially if you're in a rush as everything is already prepared fresh on the day waiting for you. The owners are so so lovely and down to earth, they both look absolutely amazing as well so frankly I'm buying whatever they're selling 😂 I've had the White Chocolate and Raspberry coulis overnight oats, a peanut butter chicken wrap and some chicken soy noodles, only came to £15 for 3 really decent portions of breakfast, lunch and dinner for the day. Macros and calories all on the packaging and ready to go straight onto MyFitnessPal or Fitbit which is mega convenient. I've just eaten my oats and they were unreal, I can't wait to try the rest. They will literally do your meal prep for you for the day or week, you can take away in bulk or pay up front and collect your meals fresh every day, you can also order for delivery. They're directly opposite the wilkos car park or are a literal 2-3 min walk from the town centre.
