Everyone has a bad day every once in awhile I get it, but when you bring an out of town guest in to drop 10 bucks on a drink and even they have a bad experience it’s just a bummer. There is one standout employee who has been there for years and whose name I can’t remember at the moment, but she is a true gem and always super helpful and thoughtful though. The drinks, when made correctly, are really great and the atmosphere is lovely with lots of plants and charming gifts so I don’t want to be unfair in a review, just candid.
