We couldn't close the door overnight, it was ajar slightly with a chair propped in front- if we closed the door we would have been locked in (we had to break out upon arrival.) The bathroom door didn't close, so all the family had to take it in turns to close it with another chair (thank God for the chairs) Bathroom floors were dirty, no towels- which in fairness we wouldn't have used anyway, but loo roll? We were given a quarter of a roll, and we had to buy our own as well as handwash. Oh and no hot water either, at least the toilet was relatively clean.
